Ang Makasaysayang Hatol

ng Kalikasan
Sa paglipas ng panahon maraming bagay
ang nangyayari sa ating buhay. Mga bagay
na hindi natin inaasahan. Mga panibagong
pagsubok na ating mahaharap. Tulad lamang
ng isang matinding trahedya na nagmarka sa
ating nakaraan na hindi natin makakalimutan
kailanman.
tique at Aklan. Sa dalawamput dalawang oras
na hagupit ni Bagyong Yolanda, malawakang
pagkawasak,naburang komunidad at nasawing
mga buhay ang iniwan nito sa atin.
Ang Bagyong Yolanda ay itinuring na siyang
pinakamalakas at mapangpinsalang bagyo na
dumaan sa kasaysayan ng daigdig. Pero sa
kabila ng nangyari, tinulungan tayo ng Foreign
Country Aid at tayo ay nagkaisa, nagtulangan at
nagbuklod-buklod para sa pag-ahon natin mula
sa trahedyang hatol sa atin ng kalikasan.

It is not just about going on top of the mountain, but also enjoying the
view while climbing up.
Our journey is always cherished as we look at our school on how it
nourished the young lives of our pupils. In every corner of the school, there is
always a story for everyone to keep. We are also doing our best to make every
memory a good one because it will eventually be a part of our pupils lives as
they grow. We are there in every step of learning and we want each step to be
worthwhile. Our dedications lead in achieving many appreciations, receiving
lots of awards and maintaining on top for several years which made possible
by you love and support to our school.
Success is always within reach as we stand tall with our achievements.
Our pride as teachers is gladly shared with the parents for their non-stop
support which inspires the pupils to push through and fight for their dreams.
I would like to thank Mr. Gilbert D. Solidum, OIC of the District, PTA,
alumni and other stakeholders who guide and aspire better tomorrow for
our beloved school. To the LGU headed by Mayor Rufino P. Palabrica III,
M.D. who acknowledged our potential to be the best and unleashed it with
their support. And also to my family who is always there especially when
Im troubled and down. It only shows that together through prayers and
handwork, we can make things impossible possible.
I hope that our journey will still continue with heads up high and our
hearts open for everyone. To our pupils who strive and work hard for their
dreams, always appreciate your parents love and guidance because that
would be your key to success. To the parents, dont stop on guiding your
children because they will always need it all their lives. To the teachers, have
more patience and faith on our pupils for they will remember you as part of
their growing up. To the graduates, always aim high because you are now
ready to take bigger steps and always make a mountain out of it. Whatever
may come to our school, success or even failures, I will always embrace it with
high hopes and strength to breakthrough because in my desk, I will always
considered our school the best and shining on top.
To God be the glory!

Tara Gumawa Tayo ng Katalinhagaan!

By: Cynth Ann Diente
1st Place Division Level Press Conference

Ipad! Iphone! Computers! Mga makabagong teknolohiya na

mismong nagdudurog patungong kahirapan sa mga kabataan
ngayon.

My Journal
(CMLI in Baguio City)

By: Cianen Kei Ang Lee

DCES joined the CMLI Convention in Baguio City last August 30,
2013. We travelled for 14 hours from all the vehicles we rode. Going to
the uphill of Baguio, there we saw the sparkling and shimmering lights of
the whole view of Manila. We also crossed on the famous Kenon Road,
which is creepy, spooky and zigzagging kind of road. Then, we arrived
at the Teachers Camp 10:00 oclock in the evening. Our destination
was very freezing and when we spoke, cold breath is coming out of our
mouths. We were head over heels when four charming guys carried our
trollies for us. Speaking of the guys, we then slept in our rooms and felt
like theres an aircon even though theres none. Then, on bed, we had our
sugar dreams.
Day 1, August 31, Saturday 8 am, we went to the administration
building for our registration, filling up forms until 10 am. After that,
we went touring at Mines View and many things attracted our eyes and

tayong matututunan.
bought them. Then we went to SM City Baguio for lunch at Jollibee and
went back at the camp for the Opening Ceremonies.
Day 2, September 1, Sunday, we had our 5:30 Reveille and mass.
Then, we went in the hall for our breakfast and attended our Commission
Discussions. A Commission Discussion (CD) is considered the heart
of the convention where the delegates would be grouped into different
commissions with other delegates with Ate/Kuya facilitator. Here, we
will be discussing the different issues that revolve around the theme.
Sounds boring right? Wrong! Youll be discussing the issues through
group dynamics which are basically games and activities that have
meanings into them. 10:30 am, we attended each of our workshops.
Following:
News Writing Filipino: Lee Allyah Matutino
Modeling: Cynth Ann Diente
Theater: June Andrea Dapat and Tatiana Faye Dacallo
Music (voice): Cianen Kei Ang Lee
Painting/Drawing: Patricia Chelsea Penarubia and Alexis Marie

Essay Writing: Xerxes Guanga
Story Telling Filipino: Claire Loreen Dolendo
Day 3, September 2, Monday morning, we had our 6 am reveille,
took our breakfast and attended our CD 3 and the Orientation Seminar
workshop. 1 pm, we went to the hall for the Symposium. Through this
event, delegates are expected to gain more understanding towards the
theme and how they can share the responsibility of instilling it in the
context of their daily lives. 3 pm, finals of the National Hiphop Dance
came, which we got 3rd place. At least, we reached that high even though
we practiced only for 1 day.
Day 4, September 3, Tuesday, we had our 6 am reveille and went
back to our rooms to rest because our Sports Fest is at 10:30 am. We still
have 3 hours to rest. But we didnt. We danced, we laughed, played and
roamed around. Then, its time, so we went inside the hall for the Sports
Fest. It is more than just sitting, listening, watching and performing. It
is the time when delegates get to have fun and interact with everyone
through fun games facilitated by our Kuyas and Ates. Then, we had
our lunchbreak. 1 pm, we attended the block meeting, took our snacks

and the LitMus. Literary Musical, the entertaining and fun culminating
activity of the Commission Discussions. During the LitMus, each block
performs prepared presentations integrating the lessons we learned from
the whole CMLI Experience. Moreover, the LitMus provides a venue
for self-expression, creativity, and lasting friendships. Evening came, we
took our dinner and attended the closing ceremonies which the successes
of the delegates are being recognized. We wore our most stylish and
suave formal outfits as we bid goodbye to the friends weve made during
our four-day stay in Teachers Camp Baguio City. 10:00 oclock pm, to
celebrate the final night of the convention or the disco socials, delegates
are encouraged to wear the costume of their favorite anime character,
while dancing to their favorite songs. And at the end of the night, they
announced the Prince and Princess of cosplay which were decided by the
audience themselves. We really had a good time and a showdown to our
new friends and new foes in crumping. HAHA. We beated them and they
got angry at us. We never mind them! Duh?! Then, we went back to our
rooms, sweating and exhausted.
Day 5, September 4, Wednesday, our last day in Teachers Camp,
they evaluated our rooms. Then at 10:30 am, we had our free time. 11:
30 came, we checked out. Its hard to say goodbye to the friends weve
made. Huhuhuhu L
But it was fun. Well never forget the memorable times we had. Hey!
My journal is not yet over! Theres more
We went to Mines View to buy some souvenirs. Then, at Ebays,
where we bought jewelry. Just cheap ones. Then, at Good Shepherd
to buy some gifts for our families like peanut brittle, strawberry jam
and many more. And, this is also the place where we got caught by the
rain and danced under it. Our trip was still not over. We rode on a van
to Manila and went to MALL OF ASIA!!! When we entered, for the
first time, WOAH, it was an extremely immense mall. We were greatly
amazed. We also saw figure skaters on the skating arena. We too, want
to skate but our time was limited. So we bought fries and took some
pictures while eating them. We took a taxi to the airport. Suddenly, we
heard the flight attendant saying, 10 minutes before the airplane takes
off. We ran as fast as we could at that station immediately. People are
staring miserably at us. WAAH! However, were just in in time to go
back for the airplane to take off.
At last, were on the way back to our hometown, bringing the
joyous memories and friendships weve made from Baguio. It was the
most fantastic and awesome trip ever happened to us! Moments that are
memorable? Yes, we can forget it, -only when PIGS FLY L

Graduation Thoughts!
Weve overcome great adventures and great knowledge which were given by the
knowledgeable teachers of Dingle Central Elementary School. The teachers of Dingle Central
Elementary School offered us great knowledge, taught us discipline and love of country. We
had great adventures within those years and now this chapter has to end here. Even though
it is hard for us to accept it but we have to face that our elementary life has to end, but never
look down because a new chapter has given to us and t is the High school life. We are looking
forward to see DCES to shine brightly in the future. The love of DCES shall always be in our
heart. Thank you very much Adieu!!

Jermaine Penuela
Graduation day is a red letter day for us graduates. It is a celebration of our elementary
achievements and marks the beginning of a new amazing journey. It is a door for the next
chapter of our lives. Elementary years are truly a memorable to all of us graduates.
Angel Jazmin Pamotillo
Graduation is the most awaited moment for every pupil. It is the time to celebrate with
the people who really helped in all years and made learning fun and enjoyable. It is a time to
honor my family and teachers for what they have done.
James Jacob Atotucan
Mabuhay tayo!
