Our mission is to prepare analysis good enough to be used in the reference library while
completing an analysis that when peer reviewed would hold value.
Vision
We will be a team of high performing, collaborative partners who have clearly defined our roles
and responsibilities, implemented specific strategies that encourage joint decision making,
involved all partners in project activities, and achieved the highest level of excellence in our
assignments.

Our goals are:
1. To attain knowledge and experience to advance towards career growth to perform at
higher levels.
2. To increase the capability of team members to initiate tasks and work with little
supervision.
3. To increase our capability for research work with the use of online resources to
effectively perform our duties.
Objectives
Our specific objectives are:
Access to internet for evaluating various data that can have a positive improve
improvement on the organization

The use of library resources and peer reviewed journals that provide ample data to find
information
Threats- Different work schedules may hinder progress. Faulty information would disqualify
credit for paper.

In order to be successful, our team must ensure that the following critical success factors exist:
Team leadership: the ability of the team leader to lead and develop the team.
Shared vision/approach: A vision and mission that all team members accept and share; It
also includes full agreement by team participants on the team's approach to carrying out
its responsibilities.
Team collaboration: Team members working closely together with no hidden agendas and
mutually supporting each other and team goals.
Empowerment: Team and team member capability, and authorization to represent their
organization, make decisions, and/or take action.
Technology support: How much and how well technology supports team needs.
Team learning: The ability of a team to continuously learn, question old assumptions, and
improve its ability to take effective action.
Enterprise partnering: A program of continuous activity to establish partnering
relationships with stakeholders in the enterprise.
Peer Evaluation Form that will be provided to evaluate team members input and work
