Team Strategic Plan

Mission
Our mission is to prepare analysis good enough to be used in the reference library while
completing an analysis that when peer reviewed would hold value.
Vision
We will be a team of high performing, collaborative partners who have clearly defined our roles
and responsibilities, implemented specific strategies that encourage joint decision making,
involved all partners in project activities, and achieved the highest level of excellence in our
assignments.

We define our responsibilities, we define our jobs, and we outline our tasks in order to simplify

To achieve the grade of A on all of our individual and team assignments.

To complete tasks in a timely manner and organized fashion before due dates.
To keep a good image to increase the likelihood for future success.

Learn from Academic professors and teammates professor who is knowledgeable and
accessible
The use of library resources and peer reviewed journals that provide ample data to find
information

Threats- Different work schedules may hinder progress. Faulty information would disqualify
credit for paper.
