effectivelyattractandconvertyouraudienceusingthebusinessplanascollateral.

Proofreading&Revisions:
WorkwillbecopyeditedinpenonClient'sroughdraftunlessClientspecifically
requestsotherwise.AnupdatedprintoutofClient'sdocumentshallbereturnedtoClientforproofreading,
andthefinalcopyprintedonlyafterClientapprovethedraft.Correctionsandrevisionsshallbebilledatthe
regularhourlyrate.Finalresponsibilityforproofreadingandapprovingthefinaldraftlieswiththeclient.
Contractorcannotbeheldliablefortypographicalomissions,content,etc.
Clientwillincludeahard(printed)copyofthemostrecentversionofthedocumentwhensubmittingworkfor
revision,makinganyrevisionsdirectlyonthecopyinredpen.ClientwillalsokeepacopyatClient'soffice
forreferenceincaseoftelephonequestions.

SpecialFormatting(e.g.APAorotherpublicationstandards):
Client'sdocumentwillbeeditedand
formattedaccordingtothestandardssetforthinthepublicationmanualandtheguidelinessubmittedfrom
Client'sschoolorjournal,unlessClientspecificallyrequeststhatcertainitemsbedisregarded.

Termination:
EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementbygivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Inthe
eventoftermination,ClientshallpayContractorforallhoursandexpensesaccrueduptothedateof
termination.IntheunlikelyeventlitigationiscommencedbetweenthepartiesofthisAgreement,theparty
prevailingshallbeentitled,inadditiontootherrelief,toareasonablesumforattorney'sfees.
