Indus Motor Company


Comparing the vision and mission of Indus motors with its strategy, we see that they are aligned
together in one direction. The vision and mission statement of Indus motors emphasizes on
successful enterprise, delighting the customer with a wide variety of products and automobile
solutions. The strategy of company follows the same path of the vision and mission where
company is manufacturing and marketing wide range of Toyota products such as Corolla, Hilux
and Fortuner. Being a successful enterprise, Toyota today is producing 220 units daily as
compared to 20 units per day during the 90s. Following the footsteps of kaizen, the company is
providing the best possible solutions in the automobile industry. Through its continuous
improvements and best technology, Toyota has also diversified to the green side where it is also
making hybrid vehicles that are environment friendly, ultimately providing a safe and sound
journey.

Pak Suzuki Motors


Pak Suzuki started its business in 1983 with a vision to be a recognized firm that caters to the
customers' needs through its automobile solutions and customer care. This vision is completely
in line with its strategy because the company continues to grow in competition with other
automobile firms of Pakistan. Through the years Pak Suzuki has made strong customer
relationships through its comprehensive network of sales and aftersales services. The company
produces both high and low end products to meet the customer expectations. Pak Suzuki is also
registered on KSE where it provides a platform to its shareholders for investment purposes. As
far as social development is concerned Pak Suzukis most valuable asset is its employees. It

provides the workforce a challenging environment with a lot of growth opportunities. Through
its continuous employee development process Pak Suzuki has one of the best workforce in the
automobile industry.

Honda
Being incorporated in 1992, Honda started its business in Pakistan with a vision to be a company
that grows through providing its customers satisfaction of wide range of environment friendly
products with affordable rates. In line with its vision statement Honda conducts certain activities
which depict the protection of environment and social safety. The company works on two
principles of Respect for the individual and The Three joys with the former principle being
completely related to the employees of the firm and the latter for its customers. The three joys of
buying, selling and creating represent the firms efforts to achieve the joy of customer (customer
satisfaction). In line with the two basic principles Honda has maintained a global view point with
its commitment of supplying high quality products at reasonable rates. This mission of Honda
has ultimately resulted in achieving customer satisfaction throughout the world.
