3. Easter Worship Experience – 10:30 AM: “Who Is This F.R.E.E.D. Christian 12-Step Open Meeting will be held Tuesday,

the last month or so. I see the fire of God falling on us, people’s lives
changing, families being united, a sense of excitement building, God
answering prayer. In front of me I see the future. I see our pews being
filled, our parking lots full, our baptistery being filled every month, I
see your lost loved ones coming to Christ….. I know how to dream! Is
it a dream or is it called FAITH? Is the reason we don’t have because
we just can’t have faith to see it? And what about the verse that says
we have not because we ask not? I’m calling on all the people of God
to start asking God for BIG things. I’m asking you to have FAITH and
BELIEVE!!!! DREAM with me, BELIEVE with me, ASK with me, have
FAITH with me!

Sunday is one of the big days in the Christian Church. Easter Sunday
is the day we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ. “Up from the grave He arose; with a mighty triumph o’er His
foes; He arose the Victor from the dark domain and He lives forever
with the saints to reign. He arose, He arose! Hallelujah, Christ arose!”
We have a very special day planned for you.
1. Easter Sunrise Service – sponsored by the Teens for Christ &
the Fellowship of Christian Athletes located on the front steps

of Woodruff 1 Baptist Church. The time is 7:00 AM.
Should it be raining, the service will be held inside of
Woodruff First Baptist.
2. Men’s Resurrection Breakfast – 8:00 AM in our CLC. We
are asking ALL men to be involved in this breakfast. We
would like for you to invite a non-church attending friend to
come with you. What a wonderful time to expose this friend
to good men’s fellowship and also the risen Savior.
King of Glory?” A powerful presentation of video, singing,
drama, preaching….. all intermingled together. From the time
the service starts, this will be a constantly moving worship
experience. YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS and you can’t
afford not to invite your lost friends and family. I’m believing
God to SAVE SOULS EASTER SUNDAY!!!
4. Communion & Foot Washing – 6:00 PM :We will be
gathering in the sanctuary to partake of communion together.
We will then be breaking up into different parts of the building
to participate in the washing of the saint’s feet. If you have
never participated in this before or seen this before, THIS IS
YOUR TIME! Come prepared with a towel and allow God to
do a most powerful thing in your life. Prior to communion &
Foot washing, Pastor Terry will give Biblical explanations of
these spiritual experiences.
I hope that I can count on ALL of you being at T.H.A.T. church this
Sunday. Don’t allow anything to keep you from celebrating the Risen
Savior here. I’m counting on you to be in your place!!!!
Habitat for Humanity is holding a golf tournament at Three Pines
on Thursday, April 22, 2010. This is their only fund raiser. They have
flights for both men and women. Single player fee is $50. They are
also looking for qualified recipients for their next house. Should you
be interested in playing or know of someone that might meet the
qualifications for a Habitat House, contact Pastor Ray Mims or his
assistant Angie Sugalski at Bellview Baptist Church. The golf
information if located on the bulletin board in the hallway of the
church.

the meeting will begin at 6:30 PM with guest speaker, Rosie Taylor,
who will give her testimony in word and song. She will share how she
has coped through Christ with life and the loss of her 28-yer old son.

Kids of Faith Drama Team will begin practicing again on April 11th at
4:45 PM.

LADIES BANQUET will be Tuesday, May 11 . Our theme will be
“Being a Queen While Seeking the King of Kings.” Our Photo Contest
will include 1) QUEEN OF MY CASTLE (Any action photo showing
you doing what you do best) and 2) QUEEN ME! QUEEN ME!(A
photo of you wearing a crown and robe of your choosing…be creative!)
CHOIR WILL REHEARSE for the Easter program on Wednesday at
6:30 PM, and also on Saturday at 10 AM. These two rehearsals are
imperative! The choir will meet at 8:30 AM Sunday morning. The
title of the Easter program is “Who Is This King of Glory?” and will be
presented Sunday at 10:30 A.M.

 WHAT EASTER MEANS TO ME

When I think of Easter
And what it means to me
My thoughts always turn to Jesus
And how He set me free
Unworthy of the price He paid
As they nailed Him to the Cross
Redemption for a sinner’s heart
That gave hope to all the lost
He did not ask for mercy
As He hung there in my place
Instead He shed His precious blood
To cover me with grace
A love that is so special
No earthly bond can break
A gift that is eternal
And no one can ever take
Easter is a special time
The centerpiece of Christian faith
It marks a new beginning
Where love triumphs over hate
It fills us with a spirit
At this special time of year
Glory to the King of Kings
Who forever will be near
Easter has its meaning
To each and every one
But for me it’s knowing Jesus
And all that He has done
And though He bore our burdens
Suffered all our pain
From the grave He rose and conquered
To this world He brought change
So rejoice my fellow Christians
And celebrate new life
Easter marks a new beginning
Through a risen Jesus Christ Amen
