In this era of competitive environment and the quest for organisations to


perform, often profitability plays a vital role than other aspects. It can be
seen that the organisations have to comply with legal and regulatory
framework and most of the time, the organisations are involved in doing so
but at the same time there are many litigations that happen which is the
result of organizational profitability. There are ethical issues that require
attention from organisations and at the same time within the context of the
legal framework. As the ethical issues are primarily in ensuring that all
stake holders are treated equally and the societal responsibilities of the
organisations are being taken care of and reaches the target aimed at.
Hence it becomes important that every organization whether micro, small,
medium and large organization, accepts the ethical and legal aspects in
providing human and societal responsibilities in total. Papers are hence
invited in the relevant areas as mentioned in this brochure and care has to
be taken to provide case studies, issues, applications and those involving
the secondary data material.

Papers are invited in the above sub topics. Abstracts should be sent on or before 30th
November, 2015 to kscnair@keralauniversity.ac.in or kscnair@rediffmail.com and the
submission of full paper by 5th December 2015. The fee for presentation of the papers
is: M Phil/ PhD scholars/ Contract faculty: Rs.200 and for Full time faculty: Rs.300.
The fee includes registration, tea and snacks and working lunch. Certificates will be
given to the paper presenters. Only two authors are allowed per paper. All the authors
should register for the seminar. Those papers selected by the Committee will be
included in the University journal. Any clarifications can be had from the Secretary at
the above email ids.
