ROADMAN Contract
This is a contract between the Cast and the Creators of the short film ROADMAN;
.. & Double Cox Productions (Tim Willcox & Andy Cox), that
aims to provide a clear understanding of what we both can expect from each other.

Production
I fully commit myself to the production of ROADMAN, to be properly prepared for my
role and to be present at all of the production dates asked of me during the
production period (8th-29th February), If I am available and the dates don't clash with
any paid work. If for any reason I am unable to carry out my role (availability, paid
work, etc.) I will promptly communicate any issues directly to Double Cox
Productions. If any scenes of ROADMAN need to be re-shot I will do my best to
make myself available for the project.

Promotional Material
I give my consent for Double Cox Productions to use my image & credit to support
and promote ROADMAN as a short film in print (Posters & Books) and online
(Website, Blogs & Facebook) materials. I understand that my contribution to
ROADMAN as a student project may consequently result in my image being used to
support and promote our university course.

Payment
Double Cox Productions aims to ensure a safe and secure locations for all filming
activities and commit to cover your travel and food expenses on production days.
This commitment stands on the basis that you have fulfilled your agreement to

attend all of the production dates asked of you during the production period where
possible.
We also agree to supply you with a digital copy of the final film when it has been completed
and submitted to relevant film festivals (May 2016 TBC). Finally you will receive an invite to
our graduation screening, this will be an opportunity to network and promote yourselves
with/to other graduate filmmakers and possibly industry professionals. If this film is released
for commercial purposes then a fee needs to be negotiated with your agent.
