Our Innogaz Electrofusion system provides
a smart, fast and effective solution for onsite
installations. Suitable for gas, fire service,
potable water & treated effluent, this system
covers a wide range of applications.

Product Range
Our sizes range from 25 900mm including sockets,
elbows, tees, reducers, branch saddles and tapping
saddles for live connections. Pipe is available in 6 & 12
meter lengths and coils in the smaller bore sizes.
Connexion electrofusion welders are also available for
purchase or hire.

Buttweld Fittings

Long Spigot Fittings

Offering a range of pipe fittings specifically

for butt welding, this range can also be
welded to long spigot fittings, each fitting
being compact in size for economical
storage & transportation. These fittings are
perfectly suited to prefabrication pipework
assemblies.

We stock polyethylene pipe fittings featuring

elongated spigots for both electrofusion and
buttweld applications. These versatile fittings
are compatible with our Rollmaplast and 39.5V
electrofusion systems.

Fittings available in this range include, stub flanges,
end caps, sweep bends, short radius bends,
reducers, shouldered ends and couplings. All
buttweld fittings are available in SDR11 (16 Bar/
PN16) and SDR17 (10 Bar/PN10)

tees elongated bends, junctions, polyethylene ball
valves and accessories, reducers, barrel unions,
threaded adaptors both male and female, roll

Prefabrication & Manifolding

Having a workshop dedicated to pre-fabrication,
we are here to assist you with custom polyethylene
pipe & sheet configurations. This includes fabrication
of pipe offsets, spool pieces & manifolds as well
as suction & delivery assemblies. We specialise in
custom-made fittings, supplied ready for installation
to save you time on site.
