This undersigned exhibitor and any signing parent or guardian, hereby

(1.) agrees to release the management of the Show, their officers,
directors, employees, members, or agents, Trancas Riders & Ropers,
Inc., Santa Monica/Malibu Unified School District and Malibu Parks and
Recreation Department and the City of Malibu from any loss or liability
or injury arising out the this Show, or exhibitor!s participation or entry
therein; (2.) Agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Trancas
Riders & Ropers, Inc, Malibu/Santa Monica, Malibu Unified School
District, City of Malibu Parks and Recreation Department, The City of
Malibu, Bonnie Decker, Officers, Directors, Employees, Members from
and against any and all claims for loss, damage, liability, injury,
however caused, resulting directly or indirectly from exhibitor!s entry or
participation in this show from acts or omissions of exhibitors agents. In
the event of injury to exhibitor, or exhibitor!s animals, permission is
granted for emergency medical transport.
