Assisting with organizational design;

Drafting of the job specification / description;

Candidate sourcing;

Selecting a short-list of candidates;

Undertaking appropriate reference checks and profiling before we interview short-listed

candidates;

Interviewing of candidates short-listed;

Managing appointments with clients and their teams (including their HR personnel) for
interviews with short-listed candidates;

Obtaining feedback and assessing the next steps (i.e. proceed with candidate or
reselect);

Assisting with the finalization of offer documentation;

Assisting with the administration of medical and other clearance requirements (we will
coordinate with a clients providers where appropriate);

Assisting with visa issues; and
