CUP 2010, that will be held on 20 June 2010, from Tanjung Uban, Bintan Island to Kabil,
Batam Island, Indonesia.

1. HOSTED by the Governor of Riau, in cooperation with Main Base IV -

Tanjung Pinang of The National Army Navy Indonesia, with Technical Support
from the Indonesian Swimming Federation

2. Championship : Riau Strait International Open Water Swimming Raja Haji

Fisabililah Cup 2010

3. DATE : Sunday, 20 June 2010

4. TIME : Morning : 09.00

5. VENUE : Riau Strait from Tanjung Uban, Bintan Island to Kabil, Batam Island,
Riau Island Province, Indonesia.

6. RULES : In accordance to FINA Rules.

7. EVENTS AND PARTICIPANTS : Indonesian and international swimmers, 10

Km Marathon

11. TRANSPORTATION :

The Indonesian organizing committee will provide a shuttle bus at the Nongsa
Pura port upon request. As no overseas flights are available to Batam Island,
we recommend participants fly to Singapore Airport and then continue their
journey from Tanah Merah, Singapore Harbor to Nongsa Pura Harbor, Batam
Island by commuter boat/ferry.

12. TECHNICAL MEETING :

Technical meeting will be held 19th June 2010

13. SCRATCHES :
• Scratches are only allowed during the Technical Meeting
• Participants have to report his/her attendance to the marshaling official
before to competition is started. Delayed report will be assumed as a
scratch.

14. COUNTRY FLAGS :

Participating teams are required to bring their national anthem for use at the
meet

15. ID – CARDS :
All participants and officials are required to provide 3 (three) passport size
photographs (4x6 cm) for processing the ID card.

16. CEREMONIES :
The Opening Ceremony will be held at a Round Table dinner party on 19th
June 2010. All participants and officials are invited
