This role will be responsible for applying business and technical expertise to support, design and
implement existing or new or revised business functionality into our SAP system and related third
party systems. This role will lead and support projects across multiple business functions
specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Logistics Execution area including Warehouse
Management. The applicant should have ability to transform business requirements into functional
specifications along with technical solutions. The applicant should provide guidance to departmental
and divisional business /technical management on IT strategies and initiatives.
This lead role will be to support advanced business functions in the above area within ACCO
Brands North America.
Bring knowledge and experience to the ACCO IT teams as well as related SAP project work.
Establish application ownership within the business and develop identified Superusers through
coordination of training & cross functional process reviews.
Contribute to ACCO ERP preparation and execution on SAP ERP.
Be the key resource to drive continuous improvement and Best Practices on SAP modules.
Key Job Functions
Provide overall technology leadership for SAP SD / LE / WM area to achieve ACCO Brands
strategic objectives.

Establish development and support capability effectively utilizing all available resources.
o
Integrate SAP functional development and support capabilities within the North
American support framework.
Establish successful development and implementation strategies for new systems or system
enhancements within SAP modules.
o
Analyze and document ongoing internal customer requests for additional features,
functionality, integrations, etc.
Designing applications and activities related to that, including configuring SAP / third
party applications.
Plan the development activities for projects. Understanding of project planning tools.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert in SAP LE/WM; providing support and training on current
applications. Helping resolve configuration, program and other issues; investigating user
problems and initiating corrective action.
This interaction may take the form of coordinating with a customer's information
technology department for EDI, master data, report data and scheduling of jobs.
Participating as an active team member, providing value-added input that others can learn
from. Effective listening and collaboration skills.
Ensure SOX and ACCO Audit compliance in IT areas and support the business to develop
solutions to ensure overall SOX compliance.
Position Qualifications:
Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, including: User requirements, analysis,
design, development and implementation of SAP SD, LE, WM functionalities.
Good to have experience with SAP WM processes for Receiving & Put away, Inbound &
Outbound transaction processing, HU configuration & Management, RF picking & put away,
Replenishment, Shipping, Kitting and Physical Inventory, Vendor Management, Batch
Management, Serialization, Inventory & WM Industry Best practices.
Proven organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities
independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Ability to partner with key business stakeholders, functional groups and development teams
to deliver projects on time and within budget; offshore team management a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate
within project team as well as with the business, leveraged IT personnel.
Willingness to take on challenges, sometimes in unfamiliar areas, and learn what is required
to succeed in the assignment.
Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively seek guidance from management or update
status to management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
