LET GOD RE-WRITE YOU

God is frustrated because of us. It is dangerous to serve a frustrated God.

God made my life complete. Amongst us are bretheren who have been broken
and in pieces. Brokenness means something has been seperated either into two
or more pieces. The LORD is here to put us back together.
A lot of us are doing things we observe outside. This indicates a sense of
alertness. If we are alert we are always able to discern things that are not of
God and we are able to identify them amongst a bunch.
When you are alert you watch your steps. You don't walk anyhow. Some old
people say, "I walk as I like and I like as I walk." This is not the nature of an
alert person. Such a person does not follow in the Master's footsteps, but does
as he pleases.
Genesis 4:67
God speaks to Cain, asking a serious question: "Why this tantrum? Why the
sulking? If you do well, will you not be accepted?" When we are off track and
are told that we are so, some of us cannot be corrected becuse we specialise in
looking at who the corrector is and we end up throwing tantrums.
If you throw tantrums sin lies in wait for you (if you don't do well). Sin is out
to get you. The way to master sin is to confess it, then it has no power over
you. God has to re-write our lives. The prefix "re" has a recurring effect in the
Bible; this means that the writing must happen again and again. When God is
done completing us we ought to get our act together and then He will re-write
us.
Ours and our parents' old story is diluted. When God rewrites He will rewrite
what was written before and simply remove the "but" and the "if" in our story.
We see the old that is diluted. Isaiah did not start something new; he came
back and dug up the wells that had been re-written by his father. Let us take

that which is diluted and let Him rebuild and remake it because He can. In
generations He will re-write the same story. God will re-write the story of His
church which is in history.
We are trying too much and too hard when it is as simple as allowing God to rewrite. He will not do something new but will re-make that which seems
expired. Let us give God our book and then hand it over to Him; then we
should make sure we don't tell Him what to write. When you look at your
family history you see curses so let God re-write the story of your life bu
opening your heart.
He sees and knows us, all He has to do is re-write the back of our heart as a
church as well as individuals. There is nothing wrong with what is written but
the state of the heart on which the writing lays. In your outlook things are so
bad and hopeless. Just say no and then ask God to re-write.
Don't fight pessimists who tell you nothing you do will get right with you, turn
to the LORD and give Him your heart to re-write.
