COEDU Requirements
The Master of Education degree requires a minimum of 33 Credit Hours.
All coursework must have been completed within 5 years of the date of graduation.
Before graduating with a Master of Education degree, all candidates must complete a Field Experience
Component.
Electives may be any 5000 or 6000 level course.
Student must be enrolled in a minimum of 2 credits at the Tampa Campus during the semester in which
they graduate or when taking the Comprehensive Exam.
Graduation: Apply Sept 1 for Fall, Jan 1 for Spring, and June 1 for Summer. Retrieve the form from

For admission, the Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) requires that students have two years of relevant
experience, as judged by the program faculty.
