I, very clearly, do not have healthy eating habits. Depending on need and circumstances, I
usually only eat one or two meals a day or I overeat - so I practically dont have enough calories
or I have too much. I do not in any way have a balanced meal either so I dont quite get the
nutrients I need throughout the day. I dont have any kind of physical exercise except walking
down halls at work. Although there are many things that I dont do health wise, I have to say this
was a great project to open my eyes to how I eat. Our diet greatly affects our energy levels so
its critical to analyze what we consume. It has helped me realize that I need to edit my eating
habits so that I can feel better spiritually and emotionally, so all other aspects of my life can be
influenced positively. I usually eat foods that are convenient, mainly because I dont grocery
shop much or give myself the opportunity to cook, and that has had a huge effect on the choices
I make for lunch or dinner. I could probably save myself a lot more money if I actually meal
prepped but prior to this assignment, I didnt ever feel the need or inclination to make a change
in that. It has also helped me analyze my energy levels in other aspects of my life. For example,
I have been very emotionally drained and my eating habits has only caused me to feel more

fatigued than energized since Ive been eating extremely high in fat foods. A menu I think that
would help so I dont eat so poorly is below:

Three nutritional goals that I would like to set for myself are eating a nutritional breakfast substituting cereal with fruits or eggs to add some protein; I will start prepping my lunch
throughout the week - mainly since I eat out at work with my coworkers so I can make tuna
salads, sandwiches or salads; A final goal is to exercise more often. I will incorporate three days
of cardio or strength workouts so that I can ensure I increase my physical well being in that
regard too.
