Notes
1. The details for this map were taken from the fan-made map by Kent Mathewson that accompanied the online text format release of WGR7 - Ivid the Undying.
Both the map and the reformatted and restored pdf version of WGR7, painstakingly undertaken by William Allman, can be obtained from the Acaeums Downloads
area in the Library section and in the Greyhawk Campaign Files section of the Downloads area at Canonfire. See Appendix III for links.
2. Although not specifically designed for Greyhawk, placement information for the city of Jevid and DM22 are given in the adventures introduction.
3. RJK1-4 were originally designed for use in the Great Kingdom as indicated and then transferred to Robs personal world of Khalibrun after his parting with TSR.
King Ovar and Zayene are better known on Oerth as Overking Ivid and his court wizard Xaene, as given in WGR8g. Note that running these adventures in
Greyhawk can have radical consequences for the canon history of the Great Kingdom, since the mad Overking Ivid can be redeemed. For a pre-Wars or no-Wars
campaign, this could have tremendous consequences on the events leading up to the Greyhawk Wars. For a post-Wars campaign, rescuing Ovar/Ivid could
create a renaissance within the core of the Great Kingdom, quite possibly leading to the reformation and reconstruction of the shattered realm.
4. Although set in Rob Kuntzs world of Khalibrun, RJK5 can easily fit into the Great Kingdom at the sites given on the map. The placement information in the module
states that the Cave of Falls entry to the Plantmasters Garden is on a cliff overlooking a river two miles to the south of the vision site. Note also that this adventure
could begin in similar terrain anywhere on Oerth - the Great Kingdom has been chosen to acknowledge Robs contribution to the Flanaess, since this was his
personal campaign development area during the OD&D and AD&D 1st Edition periods of the Greyhawk setting.
5. The Almorian Earldom of Harhing is taken from the army roster of the Dragon #63 article, Greyhawks World.
6. The Almorian forest of Thelwood is known as the Bonewood in the post-Wars version of the setting.
7. Chathold has a dire secret during the post-Wars period, as detailed by Joe Katzman in his Dragons of the Aerdy Lands draconic gazetteer. A deep, inverted
ziggurat dungeon holding elemental creatures and the tombs of Ur-Flan wizards is located beneath the ruined city. Joes gazetteer was hosted at the Dracheninsel
site and can now be reached via the Wayback Machine. See Appendix III for a direct link.
8. The location of the South Province village of Galdol and the name of peninsula called The Tusk are taken from the Onnwal entry of the Dragon #57 article From
the Sorcerers Scroll.
9. CF1 and CF2 can be found in the Adventures section of the Articles area at Canonfire - see Appendix III. Note also that CF2 has multiple placements listed since
it can occur in any range of hills in the southern Aerdy lands.
10. Oerth Journal #22 and #24, containing OJ12 and OJ14, can be downloaded from the Oerth Journal blog. See Appendix III for links to the download area.
11. PC14 is available in the Adventures section of the Downloads area at Canonfire

Notes

1. The details on this map are a fusion of 1st Edition and 3rd Edition materials.
2. The heraldry for the County of Knurl, City of Knurl, the town of Nivlek and the village of Nlul are based on those given in the Living Greyhawk Knurl gazetteer.
3. The Death Moon and Vile Rune orcs are taken from the Bone March entry of the Dragon #57 article From the Sorcerers Scroll.
4. The Yellow Horn, which is a Living Greyhawk name from the Bone March Gazetteer, has been transformed into a blended force of ogres and gnolls headed by
ogre magi, as mentioned in the Bone March entry of the Dragon #57 article From the Sorcerers Scroll.
5. In a break with established 2nd Edition canon, the Harp River has been restored to its original name of the Kaye River, as given in the Dragon #57 article From the
Sorcerers Scroll.
6. The location of Blemu Castle has been taken from hex co-ordinates given in the Bone March section of Chris Sirens Gords Greyhawk website.
7. If he should ever manage to return his realm from Ravenloft to Oerth, Azalins castle, as detailed in RQ3 - From the Shadows and the TSR novel King of the Dead,
could be located in the city of Knurl. Both these sources can provide some additional detail on the history of the County of Knurl and the Bone March.
