• Assisted in editing a large amount of Schedule 1040 Returns to provide response to taxpayers
within a short period of time.

and labor contracts with various outside vendors and suppliers.

Engineered and deployed Cisco 2621, 3662 and 7507 Routers to replace all outdated trouble-reporting
equipment in our data and call centers. Project managed all engineering and installation phases by
creating project timelines and schedules and traveled to job locations and worked with installation
personnel for equipment layout and inspection.
