Meeting Times
The group agrees to meet during class time given. The group will also meet outside of class
in person on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30AM to 12:00PM.

Mission Statement
Our commitment is to developing an effective IT environment where productivity and
efficiency are of highest priority. To this end, we will assure that a prompt completion of all
tasks asked of us and with full respect given to the entire scope of the project. In doing so,
efforts will be made to completing tasks within or below a specified budget. Finally,
guarantees will be made that anything we submit to the client as complete has been given
our sincere effort and dedication to producing a satisfactory and usable product. Challenging
ourselves to produce nothing but quality work is our prime mission.

Team Rules

 In respect to resolving any team conflicts, the group has decided to implement a
group voting process where the majority rules.
 When group members miss meetings the following system has been agreed upon.
Missed Meetings:
1 meeting - Verbal warning, written document stating missed warning.

2 meeting - Written warning.

3 meeting - 2nd written warning.

4 meeting - alert professor, show written warning.

Team Expectations

 We, as a group, expect the utmost work quality from each other.
 We expect pride from each other in every task that is done.
 We expect each other to communicate ideas and collaborate with each other on each
project that we undertake while at the same time resolving any conflicts that may
cross our path and impede on the quality of our work or meeting the goals we have
set for ourselves.

Code of Ethics
Our ethics are the base guidelines for how we conduct business between both ourselves and
the client(s) we are obligated to. As such, we will use them to ensure the highest standard
of work and create a sense of a task well-performed.
