MATERIAL ORDER

1. Material order to be placed in the name of GLOBAL CORPORATION

2. Taxes and Duties:
Extra as actual.
Incase Government introduces any further tax or levy the same will be
borne by you.
Freight and insurance will be extra from Mumbai factory
3. Payment Terms:
100% against Performa invoice before dispatch.
4. Price Escalation: The firm prices could be offered only for the quantities
ordered by you and any increase or decrease in the ordered quantity the prices
for the same shall be revised subject to our confirmation at prices ruling at that
time.
5. Validity: Our quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from this date and
validity thereof is subject to our final confirmation.
6. Our standard terms & conditions on our invoice will be applicable.
7. Jurisdiction will be Mumbai.

LABOUR ORDER
1. Application order to be placed in the name of GLOBAL CORPORATION
2. Completion: The above work shall be completed as per schedule mutually
discussed and agreed.
3. Payment Terms:
4. 100% After Completion.
5. Prices: The schedule of work / quantities indicates our quoted rates against
each item of work as per our offer and approximate quantities.
6. Water, Electricity and other amenities: Necessary construction, water and
power, and workers stay on the site required for execution of our work should
be provided free of cost by you. If necessary scaffolding also will be provided
by you.
7. Taxes and Duties: 14% Service Tax, 0.50% Swach Bharat Cess on
application will be charged extra.
8. Price Escalation: The firm prices could be offered only for the quantities
ordered by you and any increase or decrease in the ordered quantity the prices
for the same shall be revised subject to our confirmation at prices ruling at that
time.

9. Validity: Our quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from this date and
validity thereof is subject to our final confirmation.
10.General: It shall be your responsibility to provide us for storing our materials
since the material being handled by us is sensitive to climate changes. You
shall ensure us with proper storing facilities and living accommodation for our
workmen.
11.Kindly note that the actual measurement will be in line with the Industrial
standards for clean room paintings and the billing will be made accordingly.
12.Jurisdiction will be Mumbai.
13.Our standard terms & conditions in our invoice will be applicable.
