Role/Responsibilities
Recruitment Process:
Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from
diverse channels (Naukri.com, referral and LinkedIn etc.) internal job postings and
through vendors after identification of manpower requirements.
Screening the CVs, conducting HR validation, telephonic Interviews, Lining-up.
Scheduling interview with the department head and coordinating for technical test.
Maintaining and updating tracker for sourcing profiles and the status of the
Candidates.
Closing the offer, negotiation.
Follow up to ensure that candidate joins on scheduled date.

Handling all joining formalities and preparing necessary documents (Like Offer
Letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Break-up, Generating new employee code , ID &
Access card, preparing Personnel file, Bank a/c opening etc) for selected candidates.
Conducting the induction program for new employees and to explain company
policies, procedures and hierarchy system of the company to make them familiar
with companys culture & environment.
Reference checking of selected candidates.
Sending Welcome notes about new joiners to all associates of the organization.
Preparing & updating employee record in HRMIS and Employee Master at the time
of joining.
Sending online appraisal form (Appraisal from with help of HRIS) to the employees.
Coordinating with all the departments for completing the Appraisal on time.
Sending Confirmation appraisal forms to the eligible employees.
Preparing increment lists and sending it to department heads.
Making and issuing increment & promotion letters to the employees.
Coordinating with Accounts department for processing the incremented Salary.
Preparing & sending appraisal summary report to the management.
Issuing performance improvement plan to the poor rating employees.
Taking care of On Roll employees, Off Roll employees and contractors attendance.
Maintain the Leave Details of On Roll Employees.
Preparation & checking of attendance sheet.
Managing the time office activities, involving maintenance of attendance, late
coming and leave records of all employees, generating the attendance reports form
bio metric machine and submit to payroll department.
Medical Insurance:
Taking care of Mediclaim, Group Medical policy to all associates.
Sending information on New Joiners, Resigned, and additions to the Insurance
Company every month
Setting the claims of the employees from the Insurance Company.
To implement Group Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident Insurance smoothly
and effectively, motto is to give maximum benefits to all employees with zero
defective services.
Preparing weekly & monthly HR report to send to Senior Management.
Preparing and sending Inflow & outflow, Employee Attrition, Education Index detail
& associate related information to higher management monthly, quarterly & yearly.
Compensation & Benefits:
To Consolidate PAN India (GPA) mediclaim addition and deletions data and
send the same to vendor.
Taking care of the all employee benefit schemes like Mediclaims & ESIC.

Coordinating for (benefits like) Mediclaim with TPA for the Mediclaim cards and
processing of claims, maintaining complete Mediclaim endorsement records.
Sending information GPA Addition, Deletion, Correction detail of PAN India to the
Insurance Company every month.
Maintaining data for employee going to be Retired, Gratuity Eligible.

Processing of all kind of letters (i.e. letter of employment, confirmation letters,
transfer letter, increment letters, appraisal letters and promotion letters.)
