Reporting to the President of USA Networks with responsibility for all financial aspects of two 24-hour
ad-supported cable networks (USA/Sci-Fi) (sales $1 billion). Direct the following departments:
Accounting, Financial Planning, Human Resources, MIS, Corporate Facilities and New Enterprises.

 Analyzed various investment opportunities and played a major part in acquisition and launch of
Sci-Fi and start-up of foreign operations in Europe (LLC) and Latin America (joint venture).
 Handled all lease financing totaling approximately $50 million.
 Initiated review of business processes/advertising sales requirements which led to implementation
of an integrated broadcast sales management system with pretax incremental sales of $4.0 million
annually.
 Managed the start up of our merchandising efforts and the development of two web sites.
 Director CNET Inc. (1996 – 1999) and served on Audit Committee.
 Initiated and managed USA Networks Profit Sharing & Savings Plan (assets $80 million).
