Basic Requirement:

Required to be a full member in the LC


Required to have (at least) high
understanding (not always experience) of
technicalities in the area and responsibilities
written in the JD of each position

Other important matters

In general, Entity Board consists of MC, Internal Auditors, and ESTs. Working in
Entity Board requires full commitment either as full-timer or part-timer. It is
highly suggested for the applicant to be completely transparent for any
activities or responsibilities that the candidate has, during the selection process.

Caution!
Working in Entity Board will require intense virtual communication and
concrete progress every month. Thus, to be given attention, this year, Disciplinary
Action will be applied strictly to any position in Entity Board based on activity progress
and pro-activity in learning.
