Having exposed a number of dishonest activities by some senior officers and reported them to the Authority, which on
investigation were found to be valid. I have been, Isolated, victimised, scandalised, threatened and bullied, in the main by the
Authorities interim Managing Director David Bowles, who gives the perception that he would rather abuse and attack the
messenger that accept the message and when challenge complains about being bullied.

This he did after he was suspended from the United Lincolnshire Hospital NHS Trust, and then resigned, but the independent
“Goodwin inquiry” commissioned by the Department of Health 28th October 2009, shows having extensively reviewed nearly
160 pieces of correspondence, notes and media transcripts. Conducted almost 50 interviews there is no evidence of bullying and
Harassment of the United Lincolnshire Hospital NHS Trust by the East Midlands Strategic Health Authority.

In one of his letters to me, dated 19th April 2010, he states that, “Since you have recently made serious allegations attacking the
honesty and integrity of an Officer of this Council (Not withstanding that the allegations on investigation were found to be true)
I feel obliged to impose some particular rules about your future dealings with Council Officers as an Elected Member.

In future, you will only be allowed to meet with officers when discharging your role as a Councillor in the following
circumstances:-

1. Having made a prior appointment either by telephone or by email.


2. That you have made known the subject matter of the discussion at the time when you request an appointment,
3. The business at the meeting will be restricted solely to the business you have previously identified, and
4. The meeting will be attended by two officers, one of which will be a Line Manager (or Senior Officer) to the
Officer with whom you wish to discuss the business.

These restrictions do not prevent you from undertaking your duty as a Councillor in public meetings of the Council or its
Committees nor does it prevent you from attending public reception desks in the Council Offices to request information,
as if you were a member of the public!

In another letter dated 23rd February 2010, David Bowles accuses me of making destructive scurrilous and unstubstancive
allegations against . These allegations were proven following an investigation by he Planning
Authority, long before David Bowles wrote his letter on 23RD February 2010.

He goes on to say that:- I should make an unreserved written apology to withdrawing the allegation. Irrespective of
whether you make an apology and withdrawal, I must consider what further action should be taken, bearing in mind the
seriousness of your allegations. (Threats, threats and more threats).

We have seen it all before nothing has changed. The Council has not being run properly since its intersection in 1996. In my
opinion David Bowles is not fit for the require purpose we urgently require at Anglesey County Council. Some of his ideas on
moving the Council forward are fine, but when he includes coving up dishonesty perpetrated by any of his officers, he should
seriously consider his position and go, particularly having used such scandalous behaviour, against an elected member to do it.

However after all that, the most serious behaviour of all is that of Cllr McGregor, whilst encouraging and using me to help him
clean up the Councils image he’s acquiescing with David Bowles to cover up dishonesty and how to get rid of me for having the
balls to raise such concerns mainly on his behalf. I suggest his position is totally untenable.

I am not prepared to be threatened, bullied or associate with such dishonest people any longer, either they go, or I will.
