demobilizing from the WORK SITE. Said plan shall provide coverage for
any remaining WORK.

10.

9.7

Neither the updating of CONSULTANT's WORK SCHEDULE, nor the

submission, updating, change or revision of any other report or schedule
submitted to COMPANY by CONSULTANT under this CONTRACT nor
COMPANY's review of any such report or schedule shall have the effect of
amending, modifying or limiting in any way, CONSULTANT's obligations
under this CONTRACT.

9.8

All of CONSULTANT's calculations and documents supporting schedules,

reports and forecasts shall be available to COMPANY an request.

COMPANY GENERAL OBLIGATION

COMPANY shall, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this
CONTRACT:
10.1 Pay CONSULTANT the CONTRACT price set forth in Schedule "C"
(CONTRACT Price).
10.2 Perform all of COMPANY's obligations in such time and manner as to
facilitate the orderly prosecution of the WORK.
10.3

Obtain all permits, licenses, and other governmental authorizations which

raust be obtafned in COMPANY's name and which are necessary for the
performance of the WORK.

10.4 Allow CONSULTANT access, subject to COMPANY's normal security control

and safety procedures, to COMPANY controlled areas
only as may be
required for the orderly performance of the WORK.
If COMPANY
identification cards are issued to CONSULTANT, CONSULTANT shall also
abide by all current Ministerial decrees and Government regulations
regarding identification cards. Details regarding these decrees and
regulations are available through COMPANY's Industrial Security
Department.
10.5 Appoint one or more COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES.
10.6 Furnish to CONSULTANT, COMPANY's drawings and specifications, a list of
applicable standards, Critical Milestone Dates, soils reports, and information
essential to CONSULTANT's successful performance of the WORK.
10.7 Perform all other obligations required of lt by the terms of this CONTRACT,
including those set forth in Schedule "B".
11.

ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL COMPLETION

11.1 CONSULTANT shall commence the WORK promptly upon the
commencement date set forth in Schedule "B" and shall prosecute the
completion thereof with diligence and dispatch and in such a way as to
ensure that the Final Acceptance Dates and Critical Milestone Dates set
forth in CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS are met. Should CONSULTANT feil to
so prosecute the WORK, such failure shall constitute a substantial breach of
this CONTRACT.
11.2 Design Compfetion shall be achieved for the PROJECTS when all designs,
engineering, drawings, standards, specifications, vendor drawings, and
