Name and what it does:
Lion Star plastic company and it provide plastic goods
Type of Business:
A Manufacturing and Trading Business
Objectives:
Products that we produced are high quality products to meet domestic and international market
by type, color and size which very diverse for domestic use at an affordable price.
Reason:
People use plastic goods normally in there houses. There are many companies in Gujranwala that
made plastic goods but we want to sell people the best product with low rate that every person
can easily buy them.
Vision and Mission:
Becoming a household appliances manufacturer of quality plastic and also presents a wide range
of products to meet the needs and satisfaction of consumers at home and abroad at affordable
prices.
Culture:
To serve all kind of people without any discrimination

We take raw material from local market.

We sell our products by personal selling to shopkeepers and thats
the way how we enter the new market and sell our products to customers.

SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths:
Good quality products and affordable price would be our strength. Our quality products would
show our loyalty and honesty towards our customers.
Weakness:
Our main weakness would be that our brand is fresh and newly entered in market so it is difficult
to mind set the customer to buy our product.
Opportunities:
Now a days many companies are entered in growing market. Our product would have more
designs than other companies.
Threats:
Competition is generally a threat for any type of product.
