Welcome Speech by The Head of English Panel

The meeting started off with the citation of holy Umul Kitab Al-Fatihah by The

The Head of English Panel welcomed all English Language Teachers to the first
meeting of the year 2015.

Appointment of New Secretary

Mualimah Najihatun proposed Mualimah Aida Ilyana as the new secretary for the
English Panel. The proposal seconded by Mualimah Suhaida.

Specification of Exam Questions Form

The form was distributed by the Head of English Panel to the English Language
teachers as a guidance to construct examination questions.

Determination of Exam Questions Creators

English Language teachers were asked to construct exam questions according to

Mualimah Suhaida will be constructed Year 5 exam questions.

The difficulties scale of exam questions was discussed to suit the students ability
for each year.

The Head of English Panel reminded the English Language Teachers to be
prepared and meet the dateline given.

Discussion of activities and the involvement of English Teachers

English Language Teachers must be participated in English Fun activity.
Action : All English Language teachers

Suggestion to Invite an English Language Master Teacher

The Head of English Panel suggested to invite an English Language Master

Teacher to give a talk to the student on answering UPSR questions, specifically.

Action : The head of English Panel and Year 6 English Language teacher.
Format for Examination Papers

For Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 : Instructions must be related to Matching,
Marking, Outlining, Circling and Colouring. The font must Comic Sans MS

For Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 : The font will be Times New Roman sized 12.
