Where do you shop?

I mostly shop at M&S my mum works there. At


weekends, I visit my local farmers market for
fresh veg and dark chocolate. I never know what
Im doing from one week to the next, so Ill shop
every two to three days and spend around 20.

Halloumi cheese is lower in fat


than most Cheddar cheeses.

Breakfast is scrambled eggs with avocado, or
Greek yoghurt with granola. In the day, I tend
tograb a quinoa chicken salad withaskinny flat
white. For dinner, its asalmon quiche with veg.
Isnack on barbecue Popchips.

Cod is a good source of lean


protein and vitamin B12, which
is important for energy.

Breakfast is a banana with dried apricots at 4am.

got me into having an apple with peanut butter at
8am. I snack on nuts and dried fruit, then have
amain meal with my kids [Darcey, 10, and William,
six] at 4.30pm things like fish fingers and beans.
A grown-up dinner is spag bol or chicken salad.

Salad cream is a better option


than mayonnaise as it contains
fewer calories.

Rocket leaves I find them really bitter.

Im not keen on snails or molluscs.

start the day. She should add slow-release energy
carbs like porridge to her breakfast, swap dried
fruit for fresh as its lower in sugar, and needs to
eat a healthy, filling lunch. As for her dinners
beans are great, but use reduced-salt versions
and replace fish fingers with fresh white fish.

I buy meat and fish from M&S, and veg from

grab my gluten-free foods from Holland &
Barrett. I spend 60 a week.

Ill have a juice or yoghurt with fresh fruit
andgranola for breakfast, I tend to skip
lunchbecause Im so busy at work, or
Imightgrab asalad. Dinner is usually
chickenand veg orsalad. If Im feeling
naughty, Ill get an Indian takeaway or
something from Wagamama. Isnack on
carrots and houmous or melon snack pots.

Breakfast is gluten-free toast with jam, with
agluten-free muffin mid-morning. For lunch,
Illmake a Greek salad with chicken, feta
cheese, lettuce, olives and basil. Dinner is
seabass with veg. I snack on cashews and
driedcranberries.

content can be high. Skipping lunch isnt good
she should prepare a sandwich or salad in
advance, or her energy levels could be affected.
