7. FALSE ALARM REVIEW BOARD: Effective September 1, 2007, Bobby Ryon

resigned from his position on the False Alarm Review Board. Other than the Police
Chief and Fire Chief, the Board members shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and
City Council. This will be an October 4, 2007 agenda item for an appointment to be
made to the False Alarm Review Board.

20-3-0. City of Hinesville Official Zoning Map: To be revised/updated annually

and adopted at the November 1, 2007 Council Meeting

20-4-0. Proposed Ordinance #2007-09: Proposed Ordinance #2007-09 will amend

the Code of Ordinance, Article VI (additional regulations) of the Zoning
Ordinance. This ordinance will regulate the number of unrelated
persons residing in single family residential dwellings. It was
the consensus of Council to review proposed Ordinance #2007-
09 and present any changes if any at the September 20, 2007
Council Meeting. This ordinance will be an agenda item for
discussion at the October 18, 2007 Council Meeting.

20-5-0. Proposed Ordinance #2007-10, Animals and Fowl/Tethering: A

proposed Ordinance to amend the City of Hinesville’s Code of
Ordinance Chapter 4, Animal and Fowl, Section 4-1, Definition,
and Section 4-5, Manner of Keeping, Prohibited Conditions.
This will be an October 4, 2007 agenda item.
