History: This grain is grown on more land area than any other commercial food.
Globally, wheat is the leading source of vegetable protein in human food, having a
higher protein content than other major cereals, maize (corn) or rice. [6] In terms of
total production tonnages used for food, it is currently second to rice as the main
human food crop and ahead of maize, after allowing for maize's more extensive
use in animal feeds.

Analysis:
1. Total export of wheat from India was $743.80 million in current year 2014.
2. There has been a growth of -45.49% in export of steam coal from India in
current year.
3. Major export was done to Bangladesh which accounted for $306.74 million.
4. The export to Bangladesh has a growth rate of -15.61%.
5. Other major Exporter countries are UAE and Indonesia which accounted for
$106.44million and $97.88 million respectively.
6. A Positive growth of upto 74.23% was seen in Sudan during the year 2014.
7. Yemen Republic saw a major drop in the growth rate of export of wheat
from India.
8. There has been a constant decrese of ecport in the country Bangladesh from
$363.50 million to$ 306.76 million.
9. Export of wheat is decresing each year.

1. Total Import of wheat to India was $9.95 million in current year 2014.

2. There has been a growth of 125.11% in import of Wheat to India in current

year.
3. Major import was done from Australia which accounted for $9.25 million.
4. The import from Australia has a growth rate of 109.28%.
5. Other major importer countries are Ukraine which accounted for $0.70
million.
6. Australia has a share of 92.96% of import to India.
7. The share of Ukraine holds upto only 7.04%
8. The growth rate of Aurtalia has increased from 4.42% to 9.25%

1. USA saw an increase in export by 28.45% in 2013 but also a decline of
around 27.44%
2. There has been a positive growth in france from (16.81)% to about 38.74%
in year 2014.
3. The major exporter of wheat is USA. It mainly covers the countries japan.
Mexico and Brazil.
4. Germany also saw a drop in it export from year 2013-2014 from 23.44 % to
7.62%
5. Top exporter (growth wise) in year 2013 was usa and in year 2014 was
france
6. Spain also saw a major drop in its exports.

Analysis:
1. Indonesia, being the largest importer of wheat had a very uncertain growth
from 3 years. It saw a drop in 2013, and then a major rise in 2014 by 67%
2. Majorly all the countries has seen a drop from year 2012 to 2013.
3. Only countries like Italy, Netherlands saw a positive growth from the year
2013 to 2014.
4. Imports in Indonesia were done from the countries like Australia, Canada
and usa

5. Positive growth was seen in Netherlands from (49.17)% to 0.42%

6. Japan, Indonesia and brazil, all there has a common exporter i.e. USA
