Key responsibility areas (KRAs):


1. Automation & BRD preparation (Business Requirement Document)

Constantly enhancing internal applications related to compensation letter release, PMS application,
payroll Input Module application and offer letter release portal as per requirements to minimize
errors and human efforts & errors.

Coordination of deployments to SIT, UAT and Production, verifying application readiness


Preparing the business requirement documents as per Team requirements and coordinating &
consulting with BPR Team.
2. Performance Management System

Preparing eligible population list for appraisal initiation Annual/Confirmation/Mid-Year.


PMS interface, logics and UAT testing of application
Ensuring timely movement and closure of appraisal record.
Preparation of Appraisal calendar for timely and smooth functioning of appraisal process.

3. Offer & compensation Letter Release

Audit of offers released for offshore lateral hire across bands to ensure that the letters are getting
released based on the finalized grid and matching to internal parity.
Smart Recruit & Kenexa offer letter release audit check to ensure that the letters are getting
released based on the finalized grid and matching to internal parity.
Releasing of appraisal/interim letters for CTC revision/onsite return/restructuring, promotion/redesignation etc. for all three entities of HCL (CSW, Infra & BSERV)

4. Measurement & Disbursement of the Annual Performance Bonus

Payout of Variable component of the organization for offshore employee.


This involves computation and disbursement of bonus on basis of various parameters as per
company norms.

5. MIS, Reports and Dashboards

Bell Curve Report

SLA Compliance report

Global Appraisal Status Reports

Headcount validation reports

Offer Letter Release reports

6. Exit Management and Attrition

Conduct Exit Interviews for people who are leaving and sharing the interview feedback with the
LOB head.
Track EMS compliance and publish weekly reports to LOB HR.
Ensure EMS compliance by initiating EMS record at least one month before date of relieving as far
as possible.
Create LOB specific Retention plans.
Handle Individual Cases - Specific problem, remedial action, ownership for solution & review in
defined timeline: Retention interventions basis analysis and emerging trend.

7. Employee Relations

Communicating with Employee partner and Business partner pertaining to employee concern
Dealing with conflict and grievance resolution for better dynamic across the organization
Handling employee query related to Performance Appraisal, Hike, Compensation letter, and
deduction in salary, role change or any other kind of dis-satisfaction for the job.

8. Employee engagement

Support the Employee Engagement Manager with design and delivery of events and activities
Ensure a positive and exciting environment in the company
Create materials that update and inform employees through the different communication
tools/mechanisms and posting of bulletin boards notices
Promote, manage and celebrate Engagement Programs and other rewards & recognition activities
Attends to proposal queries, supplier clarification of specs and assist in the screening of appropriate
vendors
