An Entity is a person, business or contact


 Entities will have one or more Numbers that
are speeddials, PTT-ID alias, or both
 Entity properties


 Last

 First Name (if its a person)
 Description
 Category (used with web dialer)














Phone number alias exported to AlphaSearch.XML


Phone number used with SpeedDial function buttons and
Dialpad-Dial buttons that use the DataSource and Key to lookup
name/number.
Phone number exported to MemoryDial.xml to speeddial from a
web page.
Phone number or radio ident used by ContactList listview control.
Console and Operator PTT-ID aliasing for ACS.
MDC1200 and GeStar PTT-ID aliasing and Selcal directory
P25 DFSI and CSSI PTT-ID aliasing and subscriber list.
Tetra and OpenSky PTT-ID aliasing and subscriber list.
P25 DFSI talkgroup list.
Channel Aliases for radios.
Line Aliases for ACS call stack Line column.

Each phone number must be allocated to at


least one XML File. It may be allocated to
more than one.
 PTT-ID alias must be allocated to the
AcomSubscriber file. They may also be
added to Speeddial file for Tetra or MDC
speeddialing.
 If allocated to a SpeedDial XML file, it may
require a Data Key for the name/number
lookup.

Open Add/Edit List from XML Files menu


 Add links to AlphaSearch.xml,
AcomSubscriber.xds, and any <SpeedDial>
XML files like Quickdial.xml and
MemoryDial.xml.
 Set defaults and configure File Distributor


AEM can use or generate Acom Form files


(DFM) to select data keys.
 Open

 Select the existing or new DFM name
 If generating, fill in options and click Generate
button
