Masyhudi S. Prawira
Mr. Masyhudi S. Prawira is co-founder and Managing Partner of Masena Benhard Advocates.
He graduates from Padjadjaran University Faculty of Law. Previously worked at Makes and
Partners Law Firm, a top er law rm in Indonesia.
His main exper se focused in various acquisi on of mining company transac ons such as PT
Riau Baraharum, PT Nusantara Termal Coal (both are the holder of Contract Coal of Work), PT
Batuah Energi Prima (a company holder of mining business license (IUP)) and acquisi ons of
several planta on companies to be acquired by Ancora Capital. He also responsible in
nancing of PT Permata Energy Resources for the purpose of acquiring energy company
(through LBO transac ons) and developing port infrastructure. listed on his por olio,
numerous capital market transac ons such as Ini al Public Oering Project (IPO) of PT Bank
Jabar Banten Tbk. (one of the biggest regional bank in Indonesia), IPO of PT Plat Timah
Nusantara Tbk. (the biggest n producer company in Indonesia), IPO of PT Harum Energy
Tbk., and IPO of PT Dian Swasta ka Sentosa Tbk., Right Issuance of PT Jaya Konstruksi
Manggala Pratama Tbk., PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk., PT AKR Corporindo, and PT

Benhard Siahaan
Mr. Benhard Siaahaan is co-founder and Partner of Masena Benhard Advocates. He
graduates from Jayabaya University Faculty of Law. Previously worked at Makes and Partners
Law Firm, other prominent li ga on rm and as well as in major telecommunica on
company. Following his wide range experience both in rm and company, He handled various
major transac ons in Indonesia for instance the IPO of PT Krakatau Steel Tbk., a major state
owned company and the biggest steel producer in Indonesia and IPO of PT Bali Towerindo
Sentra Tbk. Other experience includes several li ga on cases such as civil and commercial
case, industrial rela on case, administra ve case including judicial review in cons tu onal
court pertaining employment law.
In Masena Benhard Advocates, Mr. Benhard Siahaan focusing on investment (including joint
venture), telecommunica on, dispute resolu on, industrial rela on and intellectual
property right prac ce area. He is registered Indonesian Advocate and a member of
Indonesian Advocates Associa on (PERADI). He speaks in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Triady Surya Iqbal

Mr. Triady Surya Iqbal is a Partner of Masena Benhard Advocates. He graduates from
Padjadjaran University Faculty of Law. He has experienced in prominent law rm specialized
in bankruptcy. Acted as receiver and administrator assistant in bankruptcy of several major
companies for instance bankruptcy of PT Omega Primawood, PT Seja bina Indonesia, PT
Balihides, and PT Nurama Indonesia including suspension of payment in commercial court in
Indonesia with respect to PT Netway Utama, PT Balihides, PT Nurama Indonesia, and PT
Tridayamas Sinarpusaka.
In Masena Benhard Advocates, Mr. Triady Surya Iqbal focusing on banking and nance,
bankruptcy, debt restructuring and dispute resolu on prac ce areas. Currently he is a
registered receiver and administrator at Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MOLHR) and
also a member in Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Associa on (AKPI). He speaks in
Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Ananta Aji Wiguna

Mr. Ananta Aji Wiguna is a Partner of Masena Benhard Advocates. He graduates from Tilburg
University (Netherlands) with dis nc on predicate. Previously worked at Makes and Partners
Law Firm, a top er law rm in Indonesia. His experiences covering capital market, merger
and acquisi on and corporate nance. He handled numerous capital market transac ons
such as IPO Project of PT Aus ndo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (one of the biggest Palm Oil Company),
Bond Issuance Project of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, PT Ciputra
Residence, including o-shore notes Issuance Project of Lippo Group, and also experience
advising in acquisi on project and advising corporate restructuring of state owned company
(Pelindo Group).

Risal Devi Priawan
