Give me a thousand man and I will build this country or give me one single

youth man and I will change the world. The words above is commonly heard
for us. I quote the words of Soekarno, Indonesia First President, who was
highly believe in the potential of youth man could do. As one of 717 million
young men and women in Asia-Pacific I always push myself from one step to
the next for improving my capacity of leadership, skills, and communication.
Be young man it is mean to me that no longer I will replace the present
leader in the future and all I need to be a great leader is keep on learning no
matter what case it is.
Then, back to couple hours ago, I find out this APUFY and read the content
inside the program website. I find my elf engage to the objective, to
empowering skill, leadership, and communication of young man to prepare
them to be leader of Asia-Pacific more world-wide. I dream of empowering
Indonesia people through information and education, help the society
maintain and solve the issues rage in social life.
Being able to join this program will also give me chances to participate with
International Student and share ideas, culture, and all the diversities to
develop the country of our own. Seeing myself in global citizen is always a
demand for me to keep see and solve social necessity.

Information is useless until it shares widely to help others solve their

problem. It is a tagline of mine. Join this program will provide me a great 1,5
days of learning many new things. The information, lessons, and experiences
I gained from this program will be used to share and coach others. I will start
it from my intern community like giving a presentation from the program,
describe them the program in details.
Next step I will do is to give them, young man and women, coaching to
improve their capacity in leadership, communication, and skill I will learn
from this program. After impacting my community in church, campus, and
society closed to me I will ask some friends walk up outside this border to
other community around Yogyakarta to give class studying or socialization
based on the information and knowledge I will have from APUFY program.
The last but surely not the least I will use my experience as a guide and
ticket to continue my studying abroad, it may for my master degree. Be one
volunteer in this program will be an added value to my curriculum vitae.
Having the study abroad will again enhance and empower my skill in
leadership, skill, and communication to again have a leap improving the
youth and community around.
