Summary of Journal
This is an article journal which is showed it's finding about the impact of work
motivation on job satisfaction in mobile telecommunication service organization in Pakistan.
As we know job satisfaction is now one of important element talked by everyone in all types
of organization. It's happen due to the global change working environment into more modern,
less working but expecting more wage and incentives. Thus, every working individual
nowadays expectation to fulfil his or her job satisfaction in the organization he or she is
working. Other than that, working individual also finds that satisfaction at the job place
makes the person as a motivation to work continuously. By this an employee is putting an
important consideration where job satisfaction in working place will extend his or her
performance in order to achieve the organization goal doesn't matter it's long term goal or
short term. So it can be said that job satisfaction has remained a remarkable area of
discussion in the field of management especially in an organization where job satisfaction
explains how an employee are willing to come out to work and how far they get enforced to
perform in their work.

For this matter, job satisfaction can be created by using some methods to motivate the
employee to come and work and also finally feel the satisfaction at their working place. In
this study, can be found that employee get motivated by factors like superior officers are
spending fair time with their staff, advice their employee to what should be done, and the
standards that the organization expecting and not forgetting the superior officers willing to
work on their employee problems and help them to succeed. Thus, it is un-deniable where
motivation factor also must be using in an organization for the achievement and goals of the
organization or business itself.
In this article journal, the authors wanted to discover the relationship among work
motivation and job satisfaction where the authors will determine the level of motivation of
employee, the level of job satisfaction of employee and finally analyse the effect of work
motivation on job satisfaction.

Research Objective
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among the work motivation
and job satisfaction. In this research study, researchers will determine the level of motivation
of employees and the level of job satisfaction of employees to analyze the effect of work
motivation on job satisfaction.

Research Question
This research was carried to study the psychology of the human mind about job
satisfaction that a person motivated to do a task having more satisfaction from that task.
Moreover the query to solve that what makes an employee a satisfied employee in an
organization. Thus, in this research, researchers have to analyze that the factors that can affect
the job satisfaction of the employee.

Hypothesis
This study was conducted to test following hypothesis which is employee work
motivation has direct positive effect on job satisfaction.

Research Method
This research is mainly to study about the effect of work motivation on job
satisfaction of employee. So this paper is been designed and the research is been conducted to
have a clear view of the relationship. A questionnaire was designed to collect the required
data for motivation and satisfaction. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistic
including mean, median and standard deviation. Other than that, regression analysis was
carried out to study the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of employee.

Research Population
A research population is define as a large collection of individuals which will be the
main focus of a scientific query. Nevertheless, due to the large sizes of populations,
researchers often cannot test every individual in the population because it is too expensive
and time-consuming too. Thus, researchers depend on some sampling techniques. Moreover,
a research population is also known as a collection of individuals which tend to have the
similar characteristics.
According to Amitav Banarjee and Suprakash Chaudhury (2010) defined, a
population in statistics is an entire group about which some information is required to be
determined. In selecting a population for study, also will suggest a suitable definition of the
population to be studied, in terms of location and restriction to a particular age group, sex or
occupation. Thus, the population must be fully defined so that those to be included and
excluded in a research are clearly stated.
The population in this research study is only limited to mobile telecom organizations and
their employees in Islamabad. There are five mobile telecom companies that are providing
services of telecommunication to their customers.

Research Sample
According to Sherri L. Jackson (2006), a research sample known as a sample group of
subset of a population. The population or target population, is the total population about
which information is required. Thus, samples being used in research gives researchers a
manageable and representative subset of population.
The sample for this study was chosen from two organization in telecom sector. The
sample was included 60 employee. So about sixty questionnaires were distributed in both
organizations.

Sampling Frame
According to Anthony G. Turner (2003), sampling frame is the set of source materials
from which the sample is selected. The definition also tells the purpose of sampling frames,
which is to provide a means for choosing the particular members of the target population.
Before a sample is taken, the population of a research study need to be identified by
constructing a list called a sampling frame.
There are two types of sampling. First is, probability sampling which means the
selection of the sample is made using intentionally or under gone an unbiased process, so that
each sample unit in a group has an equal chance of being selected. This forms the basis of
random sampling. Randomization is performed to choose samples providing each sample an
equal chance of being selected. Second is, non-probability sampling. It means the choice of
sample group is left to the researcher where readers can found that element of bias always
shows up in such studies.

In this research study, convenient sampling (non-probability sampling) was used to

get data. The researchers have choose two departments in Zong and two departments of
Ufone. In Zong, IT department and customer relation department were under observation and
in Ufone, marketing and customer relation department were chosen.

Correlation
The Correlation is a statistical tool which studies the relationship between two
variables and the correlation analysis involves various methods and techniques used for
studying and measuring the extent of the relationship between the two variables.
Other than that, a distribution in which each variable assumes two values is called a
"Bivariate Distribution" and if we measure more than two variables on each unit of a
distribution, it is called "Multivariate Distribution".
There are two types of correlation. First is positive and negative correlation and
second is linear and non-linear correlation. Examples of positive correlation are heights and
weights, household income and expenditure and the examples of negatives correlation means,
price and demand of goods which have a negative relationship between two variables. On the
other hand, linear correlation called if the change of one unit in one variable result in the
corresponding change in the other variable over the entire range of values. Meanwhile nonlinear correlation means, if corresponding to a unit change in one variable, the other variable
does not change at a constant rate where we will not get a straight line curve if we plotted on
a graph sheet.
In this article, it shows the positive relationship between the dependent and
independent variables but not a strong relationship. If there were to be some relation, that
would be positive direct relation. But from the findings we can conclude that there was a
positive relationship between the motivation and job satisfaction. So it can be said that, the
employees were quiet satisfied with their jobs and had their interest in their job.

Regression
Regression is a statistical technique to determine the linear relationship between two
or more variables. Regression is primarily used for prediction and causal inference. In its
simplest (bivariate) form, regression shows the relationship between one independent
variable (X) and a dependent variable (Y).
Moreover regression also can be define as a statistical procedure that allows a
researcher to estimate the linear, or straight line, relationship that relates two or more
variables.
The regression data for the beta is 0.264 and the R square is 0.069. The value of R
square appeared too low down that could be used for the relationship analysis of the
variables. The value of beta showed the positive relationship between the dependent and
independent variables but not a strong relationship.

Conclusion
As for the conclusion, the authors have conclude that motivation is not only effective
for the staff but management should make sure that the staff has the ability to do the job. By
doing this, the management will learn who can work effectively with the ability and skills. If
the staff fails to improve in work performance even though he or she is clearly motivates it
could be a sign of lack of ability and training need perhaps.
Besides that the authors also have mentioned that motivation is also an understood
compliment towards employee's job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction formulates the
employees more considerate and concerned for the organization. Job satisfaction would be
achieved when an employee is motivated to do work by his or her own will. The authors also
said that other factors also influence on work motivation such as efficiency, productivity,
absenteeism, turnover rates and intension to quit. Finally to increase the job satisfaction level
of the employees, the organization should concentrate on incentive and reward rather than
only focusing on motivational session.
