Executive Summary

This project is developed as a web-based system, which manages the activities of job
searching and job providing. Job Opportunity with Background Verification is an application
which is developed to facilitate the General administration system to manage various
information of the Job Seeker and Job Provider and the processes involved in a placement
company. It is used to browse the job which is posted by employer. A user can search the job
depending on their study level. User can post their resume. Employer can register their
details with the site. They can browse the list of resumes from fresher to Experienced. Job
Seeker will get the mail from employer if they shortlist their resume. The main objective of
this site is to provide the job vacancy details in different companies. Job seeker will get more
credit from this site.
Background Verification Card is the major feature of this system to have a credible
information repository about all persons working in the industry. This develops trusted and
permanent fact sheet of information about each professional along-with background check
reports. This is a security best practice for the industry and assures identity security, industry
acceptance to honest professionals. BVC is a database of details of the Professionals. It
includes personal, academic and employment details of individuals employed / to be
employed in the industry. After verification completed we provide a card to each employee.
When the employee left the job and join in the next company the new employer doesnt need
to verify the employees education and previous experiences.
