studied at University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). Industrial training is the subject for the last
semester students. Twelve (12) week only. Students are given to make a choice whether they
want to undergo their industrial training in company under government sector or company

Here, I can summaries that, industrial training is a good way to exposed students to
the real work environment. Other than that, they can improve their skills, know their
weakness and strengthen. Working at Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), teach me and give me
lots of experience. For the first, I had learned basic task. Such as, using machine fax, machine
Photostat, using Gotna system, Maranet website, system HRMIS, using Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Word, make call, in charge in counter and else.

Other than that, I was given responsibility to complete given task. My first project is
under Mr. Mohammad Khairuddin B. Mohd Asari (Dupaty Assistant II-Shared Service). He
entrusted me to complete this task. He asked me to design wall for Human Resouce
Department. By discussion and worked together with my supervisor, Ms. Zahrisyah Bin
Zahudi, this project is done successful.

I also learned from Mr. Suhaimi Bin Santory (Management Services Unit) how to fold
and insert letters into envelope; I need to look at those letters first to know the address. So
that, I can stamp it based on address stated in letters. Ms. Asfardilahwati Binti Abdullah

officers. This is one of benefit that this company give to those officers. For example, MARA

their name, ages, number phone, address, email, and SPM result in Microsoft Excel, to ease
them to evaluate and find qualified person and call candidates for an interview.

My second project was given by Mr. Soffian Bin Mustafa (Deputy Assistant IIEmployee Relation and Retention). He asked four of us (Practical students) to key in about
buying and purchasing house that made by officers. We are responsible to key in/ record
