AFFIDAVIT
(Employment History)
I, PAUL LEONIEV NOEL T. SENORON, of legal age, Filipino,
married, and a resident of and with postal address at 5th Street,
Mactan Benito Ebuen Airbase , Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to according to law, do hereby depose and say
that:
1. I was employed with Smart Communications Inc., from the
period of April 01, 2007 up to June 15, 2014.

That during my tenure, I held various position as
mentioned in Detailed Job Description such as Customer
Care Officer ( Month, Date,2007-Month, Date, 2009) ,
Inventory Officer ( Month, Date,2009 - Month, Date,
2012) and Jump Solutions Officer (Month, Date, 2012
June 16, 2014). And I was separated from the Company as I
voluntarily resigned and such resignation was formally
effective on June 16, 2014. Together with my resignation, I
signed a waiver and quitclaim releasing the Company from
whatever obligations, concerns may arise;

However, one of the requirements for and in
support
of my visa application, I was asked to submit
different documents amongst are my Certificate of
employment, job description of my various position held,
employment contracts, and certification for the positions held
all throughout the employment.
4.
I immediately contacted my previous employer in
the hope of giving me all the required documents necessary
for my visa application. To my dismay, I received a negative
response from them and insisting on the signed document of
waiver and quitclaim, I can no longer access nor compel my
previous employer to produce the documents being asked for;
5.
I can attest to the fact that indeed I was
employed and held those positions enumerated in my
detailed job description provided from my previous employer
upon tendering my resignation. Sad to say, due to the
volatility of my memory I cannot anymore remember as to
the specific date of each positions;
6.
In executing this affidavit, I am fully aware and
conscious of my duty and obligation to state only such facts
as are true and correct of my own knowledge, as well as of
the legal sanction for swearing to falsehood under oath; and
7.
I hereby affirm under pain of perjury that my
foregoing statements are all true and correct.
