COMES NOW Shawna Cox in her proper person and states as follows:

I Shawna Cox swear under the penalty of perjury of the laws of the United States (or

17

18

State of Utah) the following is true and correct to the best of my knowledge .
I am voluntarily making this affidavit of fact to insure that none of my rights and

19

defenses are taken from me without my consent, and I wish to confirm that I do not agree to

20

have any of my constitutional rights taken from me at any time during any of this including my

21

right to restrict the judicial powers of the court. I also do not agree to have any of my

22

protections of law taken from me without written knowledge explaining that a protection of

23

law is going to be taken without my consent.

In accordance with FRCP rule 12 the court shall consider all statements I assert herein to

25

be associated with my defenses and objections, that I am restricting the court to determine,

26

and reserving for the jury to factually determine.

27

I stipulate that I am a political prisoner identified as a defendant in the above identified

28

case, who is being held and prosecuted against my will, by individuals who conspired together

29

to engage in subversive activities to overthrow our constitutional form of government.

I stipulate that the council the court has provided for me is a member of, and directly

31

involved with the organization that has conspired together to overthrow our constitutional

32

form of government, the American Bar Association and their affiliates.

I stipulate the U. S. Prosecutor's Manuel discusses the problems associated with

individuals who are Bar members, in that it is impossible for them to serve two masters.

I stipulate the council the court assigned to me is placing her loyalties and interests

towards fellow Bar Association members, who are prosecutors, judges and attorneys before my

interests.

I stipulate the council the court assigned to me is ignoring the criminal actions of the

criminal investigators, law enforcement, prosecutors and the court, in order to keep and

maintain an amicable relationship with her fellow Bar Members. These criminal actions are

involved in the incarceration of the Hammonds as political prisoners, the assassination of my

friend Lavoy Finicum the attempted assassination of my life and my friends lives, and the

attempt to hold us and prosecute us as political prisoners .

I stipulate I am reserving my right to assert my affirmative defenses FRCP Rule 12(c)and

submit a counter claim to the jury asking the jury to indict each and every individual who

12

engaged in unconstitutional actions such as prosecutorial misconduct, selective prosecution ,

13

and harassing, threatening and intimidating victims, witnesses and informants of judicial branch

14

corruption, and organized crimes of public officials including judicial officers violating the

15

separation of powers with their intent to sacrifice justice in order to enhance their judicial

16

industry, create special privileges and immunities for themselves and their comrades and

17

overthrow our constitutional form of government.

I stipulate as the charging document submitted by FBI agent----- alluded to we were

19

redressing a grievance involving judicial branch corruption that led to the incarceration of the

20

Hammonds. I stipulate the judicial branch corruption involved in the incarceration of the

21

Hammonds involves schemes by Bar Association members to overthrow our constitutional form

22

of government. I stipulate the Judicial branch corruption involved in the incarceration of the

23

Hammonds involves the same corruption that made us political prisoners and is efforts of

24

harassing, threatening and intimidating us in an attempt to silence us and prevent us from

25

addressing the desire of Bar Association members to overthrow our constitutional form of

26

government.

I stipulate state and federal Bar Association members who are Judicial officers of our

28

courts have violated the separations of powers and have infiltrated our state and federal

29

legislative and executive offices to create a monarchy type oligarchy tyranny. I stipulate State

30

and Federal Bar Association members have violated the separations of powers in order to

31

enhance the profits of their judicial industry that has less to do with justice than supporting and

32

creating special privileges, economic opportunities and immunities for themselves and their

33

fellow Bar Association members.

In accordance with FRCP Rule 44 (c) (2) we have a right to joint representation and

effective assistance of counsel and if we cannot communicate together which we cannot, we

are prohibited from having effective assistance of counsel.

We the individuals known as the Bundy defendants are going to stand on the

descending opinions Justice Black and Justice Douglas made regarding the Federal Rules of

Criminal Procedures on February 28, 1966, and as such we contend the Federal Rules of

Criminal Procedures adopted thereafter transgress on our civil constitutional rights. I stipulate

we refer to the rules when we decide they are reasonable, applicable, and sufficient enough to

not interfere with our defenses or counter claims of being victimized by criminal acts of

governmental officials misinterpreting our constitutional rights and laws and they are acting in

11

their personal interests, instead of the intention of the Constitution for the United States. As

12

Justice Black and Justice Douglas eluded to and is documented in Rule 2 and since we are

13

addressing judicial branch corruption, we the defendants who are people of the United States

14

will determine what is justifiable defenses and delays. We do not agree or allow any member

15

of the corrupt judicial branch of government to restrict our defenses or defense strategies.

16

I stipulate we have the right to know that we are going before and honest and fair judge

17

who is not prejudicial and bias, and we do not know the relationship between Judge Anna

18

Brown and Oregon Governor Kate Brown for all we know the two are related and are acting out

19

in nepotism .

20

I stipulate we are not being brought before a common law court, and that we are being

21

brought before a Corporate court that is operated and managed by the Bar Association's

22

monarchy type of oligarchy tyranny in the interests of their personal judicial industry.

23

I stipulate the corporate court of the corporate schemes of Bar Association members

24

are acting out of desperation as their attacks on our country has ruined the economics of our

25

country and it is in and economic state of disrepair, and they are acting out of desperation to

26

steal every individuals life, liberty and property in a failing attempt to finance the inefficacies of

27

the monarchy oligarchy tyranny they created for themselves and their fellow members.

I have attached a letter of instruction ( as exhibit Sl) that I gave to my council on May -- 2106 that instructed her to take the following actions, which she has refused to do .
I stipulate that when she refused to follow my letter of instruction she was waving rights

to defend myself and my fellow defendants that I have not agreed to waive. She was and is

32

waving our rights to serve the economic and pecuniary interests of her and her fellow Bar

33

Association members. To put it bluntly she is waiving my rights and protections under law in

34

order to conceal the criminal actions of her fellow Bar members who are acting in concert with

35

her to protect the interests of their judicial industry.

which is why I am submitting my affidavit of fact to this court of record.

I stipulate that I do not choose to have these rights and protections of law waived,

I stipulate in our pretrial hearings we had rights to cross- examine adverse witnesses,
which we were not advised of nor were we allowed to properly prepare for. FRCP Rule 5.1 (e) .
In accordance with Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 6, I am challenging the

prosecutorial misconduct and selective prosecution involved in the manner the U.S.

Prosecutors submitted their case in the Hammonds situation to the Grand Jury and our case to

the Grand Jury. Rule 6 (3) (e).

In accordance with Rule 6 (7) we will be asking for a contempt order to be entered

against the U.S. prosecutor for engaging in selective prosecution and violating our

11

constitutional right to redress grievances, including the grievance of violating the separation of

12

powers by attorneys infiltrating our legislative and executive branches of government to

13

enhance their judicial industry and provide special privileges and immunities to themselves and

14

their comrades and colleagues .

In accordance with Federal rules of Criminal procedure Rule 6 I am also challenging the

amount of time and the times each and every Grand Juror who indicted us sat on the Grand

17

Jury that incited us. I presume the Grand Jurors who indicted us and the Hammonds were

18

standing Grand Jurors that were hand selected and maintained by corrupt judicial branch

19

officials, who were and are more interested in protecting their judicial industry than honoring

20

our constitutional form of government.

As such I am reserving my right to bring forth witness to support my allegations herein,

21

22

and I am reserving my right to ask the jury of our peers that we are supposed to be being

23

brought before to remove each and every State and Federal Bar member from office for

24

violating the separations of powers or acting in omission to the crimes associated with violating

25

the separations of powers and engaging in subversive activities to attack and overthrow our

26

constitutional form of government.

As such I am reserving my right to bring forth witnesses to bring forth evidence and

28

testimony to show the jury that we are not being tried before a common law court of law and

29

that we are being tried before a corporate court of the cooperate United States of America and

30

that the members of the corporation are acting out of desperation because they have ruined

31

the economics of our country and are engaging in acts of deception to conceal the fact that

32

they are engaging in actions to steal everyone's life liberty and property.

The U.S. prosecutors are engaging in selective prosecution by attempting to prosecute us as

34

political prisoners and not prosecuting others as political prisoners.

defense witnesses and the government's witnesses and my council has refused to comply with

my instructions.

I am reserving my right to assert more defenses and amend my defenses and instructions to

council up to and during trial.
