Terms & Conditions :

1. Exclusive of withholding any business taxes
2. Sales order rates are only applicable until Expiry Date and are subject to change thereafter
3. Billing would happen on reconciled transaction numbers between RevX and CLIENT entity.
4. Agency/Advertiser may cancel the campaign upon two (2) days written/email notice without penalty.
5. The Agency will supply/provide all Ad materials in accordance to the Ad specifications defined by RevX, 2 days prior to the start of the campaign.
The campaign will start only once the creatives have been received and they clear the quality check & ad specifications.
6. All information detailed in this IO is confidential in nature and should not be shared with anyone else without the prior written approval of RevX
7. Neither party shall be liable for delay or default in the performance of its obligations under this
Agreement if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control
8. All disputes arising in respect of this Insertion Order shall be decided by a competent court in Bangalore
and shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Karnataka, India only
9. Payment will be due post 30 days of invoice date
10. Interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged on all overdue amounts
11. Returns/Cancellations will not be accounted in billing or will be capped at mutually agreed pre-decided percent.
