Art. 75. Future spouses may agree upon, in the
marriage settlement, which property regime will
govern their marriage (ACP, CPG, complete
separation of property, other regimes). However, in
the absence of a marriage settlement, or when the
regime agreed upon is void, the system of absolute
community of property as established by this Code
shall govern.
