Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Install new HVAC equipment. Maintain refrigeration equipment. Provide back up for building
control systems. Maintain a preventive maintenance program. for safe boiler operations. Maintain
heating, boiler feed, and condensate pWllps. Monitor boiler, condensate, and closed he a ting
systems for proper water chemistry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.


Valid State of Wisconsin driverrs license with a good driving record. Employment is

contingent upon District's insurance ca~rier approving insurability due to past driving record.
Journeyman sheet metal worker o~ steamfitter with emphasis on service/repair.

State of Wisconsin heating cont~actor license. (Must be able to obtain within one year
of date of hi<e.)
Refrigeration license for air conditioning and refrigeration applications.

Ability to demonstrate organization of and to maintain refrigerant inventory records.

Ability to dem.onstrate development of and to maintain a preventive m.aintenanc e program.
