Dear Mr. Graham Wicks

I write to you as instructed by the psychiatrist Sir Kevin and that of my ultimate desire for Truth & Justice to
prevail. I illegitimately reside in the address as stated, as you are Vice Consul I appeal to your distinguished sense
of moral values enshrined in the principles of Justice Law and Order.

I am an innocent man who has by a gross miscarriage of Justice been condemned to 4 years imprisonment for
‘alleged’ transgressions that in reality never happened. This is NOT hearsay, it is the facts of this case which is
exhibited throughout the ‘Innocent’ and ‘Contradictions’ documents (attached) made available to you, where
the proof is in the pudding so to speak;

The complainants have grossly contradicted themselves and each other, there is no harmony or corroboration in
anything they say, yet as proved if you look close enough (a judicial obligation) they themselves prove the
innocence of Tristan.

The magistrate has ignored important required Articles and the virtues of Law, she has ignored
common sense and the cause of probability. She has omitted crucial evidence and has
manipulated evidence. She has manufactured false summarizations and theories. She has
undermined medical findings. She has repelled and dismissed and altered fundamental
corroboration between witnesses and the accused which unequivocally proves the innocence of
Tristan.

Meanwhile of the complainants the magistrate has tolerated severe inconsistencies, she has accepted obvious
Perjury and actions and demeanor ambitious in perverting the course of Justice?

In fact this is NOT Justice! It is certainly not the enshrinement to a democratic just and fair
society. It would appear to be a conspiracy, as Tristan and Ramona who have been together
happily for the last 11 years who have a darling daughter Ricarda just 6 years young now, who
have for the last 8 years and still counting have been overwhelmingly dominated by this awful

untruthful affair that has and is in a nutshell restricting finances, the quality of life and our
potential future life!

Therefore everyone with a sense of decency should do their absolute utmost to correct this gross horrendous
miscarriage of Justice, your duty to a Just and Fair Society which embellishes the world you live in.

Therefore as a Professional man of Principles held in high esteem I request and urge that you do all that you can to
campaign naturally for absolute Truth & Justice to triumph in the name of GOD, as it is horrendous that someone
innocent residing in a prison facility should be tormented by such an awful burden and punishment for a crime of
Perjury and deceit actually committed by others.

Ramona my wife and daughter Ricarda are both Maltese and live in England who miss and suffer immeasurably
with me, therefore like others who have had access to the actual ‘FACTS’ that prove my innocence are increasing
their efforts for a review into this severe injustice, for example I have been made aware that at the highest level in
Malta there is a review into this miscarriage case. Rightly so you will also initiate just cause for an enquiry and
review of this miscarriage of Justice?

Documents that validate this injustice are available online in the public domain (that can be made available to
you) that includes:

 The Defense submissions that give substance to the incident that started this whole sad affair.
 There is the magistrates’ Deliberates which contains incorrect facts and false theories and assertions.
 The Counter arguments that heavily dispute and contest the magistrates’ Deliberates.
 The Defense appeal which affirms the judicial failings etc.
 The key specifics in the Innocence document why the accused is innocent etc.
 The analysis of testimony in the Contradictions document that categorically prove the innocence of the
accused.

Mr. Graham Wicks I ask of you to also send this information and the Innocence & Contradictions documents also
to the FCO in the UK to all the powers that be, to those that were involved in sending me to Malta and to those
considerate enough who made diplomatic monitoring enquiries recently into this case.

Then the British High Commission etc. armed with the unadulterated ‘FACTS’ that demonstrate unmistakably
that this case has not been represented by ‘DUE PROCESS’ could endeavor to support its citizens and the virtues
of Fair Trial Law by supporting the meek and innocent snared in this awful web of flagrant deceit.

Mr. Graham Wicks to start as a suggestion may you please contact Mr. Carl Stagno Navallo (Tel: 21382741 or
079640546) a professional investigative journalist representing ‘Malta Today’, ‘The Prison Fellowship’ and Father
Mark Montebello who have submitted this case to the esteemed Maltese President / Prime Minister as far as I
know for a judicial review, as they like others are adamant after reviewing the documents listed are convinced and
very concerned that my case is a clear miscarriage of justice with prejudices, as citizens of Malta and the European
Union they are interested in the actual truth to be available in order to systematically avert such an abhorrent

breach of Legal integrity and Honor to ever manifest itself again to the detriment of Society and the Innocent that
dwell within.

Under these dire circumstances polite diplomatic inquiries and an interested show of support can only be good for
the human values aspired too, a respected principle that flourishes with Governmental accordance and
cooperation when exercised serves only too better the relationship a opportunity in the recognition of each other’s
Sovereign State functioning in the European Union for better equality and Justice.
