Download mobile App (Android / iPhone).
Access using PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number) as user ID and IPIN

Reset IPIN instantly online through OTP verification.


Update contact details (mobile no. / email ID / telephone no.) for getting alerts & OTP

Activate and transact in Tier II account online!


(Tier II account - Liquidity of fund with no additional annual maintenance charge)
Visit https://enps.nsdl.com
Submit Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN), Permanent Account Number

(PAN) and get OTP to start activation process.


Furnish required details and send auto generated Tier II activation form to CRA within 90
days.

Withdraw from Tier II account online

Contribute in NPS account online!


Visit https://enps.nsdl.com.
Submit PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number) and Date of Birth to get OTP for

authentication.
Contribute in Tier I / Tier II account from Internet Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card

Update your Address online!


(Applicable only to Non Government Subscribers)

Update address in NPS account using Aadhaar (OTP based verification)

Change your Scheme Preference online!


(Applicable to both Tier I / Tier II account)
Change your Pension Fund Manager
Switch between Auto choice and Active Choice
Change percentage of allocation in asset classes under Active choice

Option to change investment details is available if the same is not mandated by your
employer
