The United States Peace Corps is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Travel coordinator. Under the general
supervision of the Administrative Officer, manage the travels arrangements for all Peace Corps Morocco staff
and volunteers both within Morocco as well as internationally. Provide daily administrative support to PC
Morocco office operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entire travel process from initial request to completion
Process all transactions in financial system related to travel obligations, disbursements, liquidations,
request for travel advance, clear travel advance
Prepare all Travel Authorizations (TA) and vouchers for official travel.
Administer the Citibank Travel Charge card for flight and venue payments, ensuring timely allocation and
submission of monthly payment cycle
Monitor and organize travel schedules, prepares Master Travel Schedule
Ensure all travel policies and procedures are followed in compliance with US Government regulations
Perform all transactional accounting for travel including travel card purchases ensuring all vendors are
paid in a timely manner
Book airline tickets, make ground transportation arrangements, and hotel reservations
Assist in coordinating and booking individual emergency travel
Perform daily administrative support functions to support PC Morocco and Regional Peace Corps staff
operations. Including processing of payment vouchers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

Moroccan citizen
University degree or equivalent in Business Management/Administration preferred.
Three to five years of related office/administrative work experience required.
Strong Language ability: Written and Spoken English, French and Arabic required.
Excellent organizational, administrative, managerial and interpersonal skills required.
Patience, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Knowledge of U.S. Government budget process and regulations a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required.
