ABOUT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The basic institution of government establishment is founded on fair laws, economic

stability, currency structure, culture, and citizenship status of community members. The
circulation of currency is how every government and its citizens is able to properly function. Each
nation governs its citizens and community members by a specific outline of laws that are intended
to protect the rights of community memberscitizens and noncitizens. The organization of
government establishment is fully intended to express the authority of the founding laws provided
to the government authority. Within the Nation of Israel all governing laws are outlined within
the Holy Bible which is the Holy Covenant provided within the Old Testament and the New
Testament.

Page

Economic stability is produced through the circulation of national currency. The

government institutes the value of material used to manage the economic system of currency.
Within the Nation of Israel, the value of currency is measured in biblical units of shekels.
Currency is weighed in proportion to a specific weight which determines its value of worth. Gold,
silver, and bronze are used to make the national shekel system of national currency. The
Administration of Revenue Services is the official government department that manufactures the
national shekel of the Nation of Israel. This department ensures that national currency is properly
manufactured according the specifications of the Holy Covenant and The Commission of National
Treasury of the Nation of Israel. The Commission of National Treasury of the Nation of Israel is
the executive branch and main headquarters that manages all internal revenues services for the
Hebrew nation. The internal revenue is the circulation of national currency within the authorized
territory of our governing body of community members and authorized jurisdiction of territory.
The production of circulating national currency ensures the government of the Nation of Israel,
including stabilizing the commercial and economic development within our governing territory.

Currency is collected and dispersed through income, wages, property, and fees. Community
members under the government authority of a nation are required to pay administrative services
fees for the institution of their chosen government. The primary circulation of currency is rotated
through taxes and civil fees paid to the government from working-class citizens. The secondary
circulation of currency is rotated to those who obtain property, services, and merchandise. Within
the Nation of Israel, tithes are also collected from community members. Tithes are collected in
the support of the worship services of the Temple of God and the establishment of the holy
government taught by the holy priest. Taxes are administrative fees charged to patrons for the
support of government operations. Within the Nation of Israel there are two chief executive
administrative offices: the monarch (the royal palace administration) and the high priest (the
Temple of God). Community members are expected to pay tithes, taxes, and government fees to

ECONOMIC SCALE OF PRODUCTION

both chief executive administration in the operation of the Nation of Israel. Tithes and taxes are
accessed in equivalent amounts of 10% each of all property, merchandise, income, and produce.
Government fees are accessed for specific administration services received to the patron whether
citizen or non-citizen. The government revenue generated for administrative services of the
national government is circulated into the community through occupational services. Government
personnel are required to pay the same amount of taxes, tithes, and government fees as the
common citizens. This makes for a fair justice system and productive economic development that
continues the circulation of the national shekel.

The secondary component of circulating currency is through commerce. Commerce is the

institution of commercial trade through merchandise and skilled workers. Commercial and
industrial enterprise provide stimulus of currency to neighboring citizens of our community.
Commercial enterprise is the profitable gain of product, service, goods, property, and merchandise.
Industrial enterprise is the production of tangible products and merchandise to be sold for
profitable gain. These two commerce industries provide revenue for government and citizens. The
circulation of revenue is collected by the government through various taxes and administrative
fees. Additionally, commerce industries also circulate revenue through the payment of employees
who provide services for their work. In return employees aid in the support of local government
through their contribution of government taxes and administrative fees. Lastly, community
members continue the circulation of national currency through their purchasing of specific
services, products, goods, and merchandise produced within their nation. The purchase of goods
from local commerce industries supports the local economy that stabilizes the employment ratings.
Industrial developments support a major component to the influence of the commercial
development. As consumer requires a greater quantity of goods that are produced through
industrial enterprises, the commercial enterprises also increase in production of services. This is
called the supply and demand of the commerce industries. Community members who are able to
provide commercial or industrial services to the national commerce ensure the balance of financial
security for our nation. Occupational careers within the commercial industry stimulate the
economic development of the Nation of Israel.

Page

Together the local government and the commercial industries influence the national culture
and economy of our community. Within the Nation of Israel, the local government is structured
upon the Laws of God outlined within the Holy Bible. The regulation of government, commerce
industries, culture, and citizens if established through fair laws of justice and righteousness.
Every nation has its own structure of economic development that influences the supply and
demands of its governing body through commercial industries.

members are prohibited from the ability to produce their
own currency within the national administrative territory of the Nation of Israel. Additionally,
community members who produce counterfeit currency for circulation within the national
administrative territory are subject to full penalty of the Law of God. Each unit of currency within
the official currency system will be measured according to biblical guidelines for the shekel.

The Commission of National Treasury controls the flow of currency produced through the
national economic development of our nation. As an Executive Office of the Royal Administration
this office operates as the national bank for the collection of taxes and administrative fees. The
Office of Temple Treasury is responsible for the collection of tithes and sacred offerings. The
Commission of National Treasury collects, manages, monitors, disperses, and regulates the
resources of the administrative operations of private and public sectors of the commercial
industrial. The shekel is the official legal currency system of the Nation of Israel approved for
financial expenditure.

INTERNATIONAL CURREN CY EXCHANGE

The International Currency Exchange is a monetary system developed between

international governments to permit the exchange of goods, services, and merchandise. This legal
agreement authorizes countries to agree upon mutual funds for payment of services, goods, and
merchandise. The ability to exchange commodities between international governments increases
the economic development of commercial industry for merchandise, goods, and services. For
instance, the trading of spices between countries produced a supply and demand for the
commercial and agricultural industry. A country that produces cinnamon is able to trade
merchandise to a country who is enable to grow such goods. In return, the country can sell the
cinnamon within their own country collecting taxes and revenue for the selling of the goods as a
merchandise. This system of supply and demand

promotes the welfare of its governing body of
community members. As outlined in the Laws of God,
the Nation of Israel has no agreement with
international countries in regards to the mutual acceptance of foreign currency. For this reason,
within the national administrative territory of the Nation of Israel, only the approved currency of
the shekel is permitted in the validation of financial transactions. Additionally, all currency
produced through the Nation of Israel is the authorized property of said governing authorities.
National currency is strictly prohibited from leaving the national administrative territory of the
government of Israel. This law is enacted with authority of the Laws of God to prevent the external
exchange of good, funds, and merchandise between the Nation of Israel and foreign nations.
Foreign currency has no legal value within the national administrative territory of the Nation of
Israel. Since our government officials have no international treaties to validate such financial
transactions with foreign currency to validate legal transaction of purchase for service, goods, or
merchandise. There is no agreement in place between the Nation of Israel and other foreign nation
to verify the accuracy of currency for such mutual agreements. Therefore, international exchange
cannot be validated as a legal transaction for international trading of commodities.

With the enactment of international treaties for the purchase of goods, services, and
property consumers are responsible for the support of both foreign government and local
government. Consumers who purchases foreign commodities are legally responsible for the
payment of foreign taxes and for the payment of local taxes. This financial support of taxes to
foreign and local government is how the International Currency Exchange is operated.

ECONOMIC SCALE OF PRODUCTION

Community members of the Nation of Israel are expected to fully support their local government
with their contribution of service, dedication, and financial support. Additionally, the national
currency system of the Nation of Israel has no value to foreign countries since there is no
agreement to validate transactions for services or merchandise rendered. Therefore, patrons are
prohibited from transporting the shekel to foreign countries. The shekel is legal property of its
manufacturer as government property of the Nation of Israel. The Israelite nation can validate
the transaction of service, payment, and merchandise with the accurate amount of wealth within
national treasuries. The national currency of the shekel for the Nation of Israel is the institution
of national independence from foreign governments. This command and guideline is instructed by
the King of Israel, Jesus Christ who has given the Nation of Israel specific regulations.

ECONOMIC SCALE OF PRODUCTION

SOCIAL ECONOMIC STRUCTURE

The socio-economic class of the Nation of Israel

are divided into three sections. The socioeconomic classes are recognized by citizenship
status, responsibility of citizenship, and
economic status.

At the end of every seventh year you must cancel the

debts of everyone who owes you money. This is how it
must be done. Everyone must cancel loans they have
made to their fellow Israelites. They must not
demand payment from their neighbors or relatives,
for the Lords time of release has arrived. This release
from debt, however, applies only to your fellow
Israelitesnot the foreigners living among you.
Deuteronomy 15:1-3

The Nation of Israel is governed under

the establishment of the family of royal priests
through the descendants of Israel and King
Jesus Christ. For this reason, the first socio-economic class is the royal family and noble members
of the Nation of Israel. The royal family owns the legal possession of inheritance to the national
territory of the Israelite nation. It is the government officials who provide administrative services
that institute the economic development of the Nation of Israel. The noble members of the royal
kingdom are the Levites who assists in the management of government operations. The Nation of
Israel is a ruled and governed by the royal descendants of King David and the Levitical tribe of
the Nation of Israel.

The second socio-economic class is the servant class. Within this social class is a
combination of community members who possess different levels of income, education, and
occupation titles. Additionally, community members can also posse a citizenship or noncitizenship status within the servant class. Citizens of the servant class are permitted to devote
their talents, education, and service to the employment of the government administrations or
private enterprises. Civil leaders are citizens of the Nation of Israel who work within the high
offices of government operations as personnel administrators. Hired workers are a collection of
immigrants and common citizens who do not work for the Executive Office Branches of Royal
Administration of the Nation of Israel. These members
may be private owners of a commercial industry or they

Within the third socio-economic class is the slave class. This class if for community members
who are incapable for providing for their own basic needs. This class of patrons are either in debt
or imprisoned for committing a criminal offense against the Law of God. The slave social class is
the lowest level of the economic status. Both citizens and immigrants can be classified as a slave
status. Community members of the slave socio-economic class are incapable of providing for their
basic living needs and are therefore dependent upon the government or creditors for providing of
basic or extended needs. Basic needs are defined as food, shelter, clothing. Extended needs include
financial assistance for utilities, obtaining of property, and other miscellaneous causes of requiring
financial assistance or loans.
Outline below are the various social classes that build up the economic development of the Nation
of Israel.

ECONOMIC SCALE OF PRODUCTION

TYPES OF COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIES

Within every government organizations are two types of branches of commercial industries.
The first branch is the private commercial industry owned by the authorized government. The
second branch is the public commercial industry owned by the general public and citizens. The
ability for the government and its citizens to industrialize their services for profit and for genuine
concern is essential to the circulation of our progressive economic development.

The private commercial industry provides services to the government and public that is
required for the sufficient operation of the administration. Goods and services produced through
private commercial industries may be sold to the public for a fee called an administration fee. An
example of this is a birth certificate form. The administration fee compensates for the facility,
personnel wages, and the product. Administration fees are only charged to consumers who utilize
the specific service. Another service of the private commercial industry is the products produced
for municipal services such as traffic lights, street signs, public trash reciprocals, academic books,
educational institutions, and park benches. The government manufactures its own products to
provide a wide range of administrative services to its governing body of patrons. Private
commercial industries are called government owned and operated administrations. These services
and facilities may or may not be open to the use of the general public.

Page

12

The second branch is the public commercial industry. Public commercial industries are
owned and operated by the citizens of the Nation of Israel. Citizens pay the government taxes and
fees in the regulation, management, and operation of their corporation. Citizens can register their
corporation as a profitable or nonprofit incorporation. A corporation can have 1 to 50,000+
employees. The size of the corporation depends upon the service or product being produced or sold.
A profitable corporation is considered the asset or property of the person or persons who own the
entity. All revenue is owned by the owner of the property. These possessions can also be passed
along as an inheritance to close family members or sold for profit.

The second type of corporation is the nonprofit incorporation. With a nonprofit

incorporation an owner establishes a corporation as owner of the property. A nonprofit can be
established as being owned by the public, rather than the person who establishes the organization.
In both instances, the revenue continues in circulation within the establishment without profitable
claim. Employees are paid for their services through the income or donations generated for the
establishment. Nonprofit incorporations provide community members a way to give back to their
fellow members without seeking their own personal gain. When a nonprofit is closed for business
the generated revenue is provided to another nonprofit incorporation. Taxes and tithes are

expected on all nonprofit employees and annual revenue. While the government does require
taxes, tithes, and fees for the administrative services provided in the regulation of nonprofit
corporation, the government does not own such property. The registered person(s) who establishes
the organization own such possessions. Since, the government does not own the nonprofit
corporation, all owners and employees are expected to pay contribution of toward the government
administration from the donations received and generated in operation of their establishment.

TYPE OF GOVERNMENT W ELFARE

Within the Nation of Israel, we provide a wide-range of opportunity for immigrants and
citizens to excel and flourish. The purpose of the government administration of the Nation of Israel
is to organize community relationships and witness the validation of transactions, purchases, and
other legal matters. Our government is instituted for the development of legal structure in the
support of providing a productive environment for community members. However, with
understanding of our responsibility to our patrons the Nation of Israel does provide services that
support the general welfare of our community members.

The administrative function of our government establishment collects taxes and

government fees from our working-class citizens and immigrants. Community members pay
administrative fees and taxes on all items purchased, services rendered, and on the produce of
agricultural property. In return the government is able to administer necessary administrative
services such as public education, health care, civil security, temporary shelters, infrastructure
development, recreational services, and other common civil services. Essentially, all development
of civil service provides for the support of the general welfare of our governing body of community
members. Welfare is the financial provision of support from the government for economical
services or aid. All taxes are dispersed and used for the collective benefit of supporting the national
governing body of patrons both citizens and immigrants.

Page

14

As a nation dedicated to preserving the honor of integrity we are known for as an Israelite
nation, it is our desire to assist community members who are unable to financially support
themselves. By providing for the basic human needs of our community members, we are
preserving the integrity of our community. The basic human need of our community includes food,
clothing, and shelter. Throughout the Nation of Israel, we have provided community agricultural
developments owned and operated by the government. Those who fall into poverty are able to
collect their own produce of foods. Additionally, our nation provides social services that assist
community members with the ability to work but we also assist with other basic needs for those
who are developmentally disabled and senior citizens. The structure of our government is to have
a working-class of community members who are financially independent and non-reliant of regular
government financial stipends. Our government is unable to operate sufficiently with a large
population of community members who are living in poverty. Therefore, the Nation of Israel
invests a large amount of government revenue into development of our commercial industry
through public education and other social services.

FINANCIAL INSTITUTES

The Commission of National Treasury provides an additional administrative branch called

The Department of Internal Affairs. Both agencies are responsible for ensuring the collection,
monitoring, guarding, and reporting of government national resources in circulation and savings.
The Department of Internal Affairs regularly monitors and analyzes the economic status of the
Nation of Israel. In addition, this department also reports public owned property and assets of
immigrants and citizens to ensure accurate accounts. All documentation of property and assets
are reported to the Department of Internal Affairs who regularly monitors the economic
progression of our nation.

Within The Department of Internal Affairs is an administrative division called The

Administration of Financial Management. This department ensures that enough currency is
within circulation of the national administrative territory. The Administration of Financial
Management provides a centralized accounting system that maintains the exact disbursement of
currency through all private and public financial institutions. All private and public financial
institutions such as banks are regulated, secured, insured, and monitored through this
administrative division. Citizens of the Nation of Israel who have obtained enough assets,
property, and wealth are permitted to incorporate financial institutions. The Administration of
Financial Management also provides services to community members of how to properly manage
their assets and property. Abiding laws that regulate all government and corporate financial
institutions are regulated by The Commission of National Treasury.

Page

15

Another division of The Department of Internal Affairs is The Administration of Financial

Intelligence. This administrative division is responsible for investigating claims and sources of
financial laundering within the jurisdiction of the Nation of Israel. Community members who
believe they have been manipulated into providing financial support to a person, agency, or
enterprise may report such claims for criminal prosecution of such offense. This division works
with financial institutions and private enterprises to ensure that steps are enacted to prevent
fraudulent activity of financial scams. This includes the fraudulent manufacturing of Israelite
currency outside of government authority of The Administration of Revenue Services. This
government department is the official manufacturers of the national Israelite currency system
called the shekel. Community members found guilty of fraudulently producing shekels will be
held accountable to the laws of Israel for criminal activity and prosecution.

ECONOMIC SCALE OF PRODUCTION

INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS

The cost of living include savings for unexpected emergencies. Unexpected emergencies can
cause an escalation of financial demand that can torment a person for their unpayable debt.
Insurance is a financial institution that guarantees the reimbursement of loss, damage, or services
through prepaid arrangements. The Nation of Israel will provide its community members with
the ability to insure themselves and their property. Within the Executive Office of the Royal
Administration is The Commission of National Treasury. A secondary branch of this Executive
Office is The Department for Resources and Utilities that monitors the individual claims and
causes of insurance claims reported to The Administration of Insurable Resources.

Page

16

The Administration of Insurable Resources educated consumers of their responsibility to

properly protect their homes, health coverage, assets, and property with the provision of insurance.
Insurance does not cover all unexpected expenses; however, the ability to properly manage
financial resources and accept financial responsibility of incurred debt is essential to improving
the economical progression of our nation. In previous time, the Nation of Israel did not have the
financial institution of insurance coverage to protect against unexpected financial burdens. For
example, a person whose animal accidently injured another person is expected by Law of God to
pay full compensation of the medical expenses of such incidences and loss of wages until the injured
person is healed. Until the debt is paid to the victim, the owner of the animal is in debt to the
person and expected to support their regular livelihood, in addition to their own regular cost of
living. Additionally, a person who is required to make home repairs for a house considered
condemned for habitation is required to either destroy the home or make the necessary repairs. A
simple tree falling on the roof of a home can cause a severe health and safety hazard that requires
immediate care and financial provisions. Insurance aids in the regular cost of living expenses
that a person will or may incur within their normal lifetime.

More information will be provided at another time thoroughly explaining the various laws
concerning insurance coverage offered by the Nation of Israel. The government of Israel will
provide insurance to its patrons through the payment of taxes and administration fees. Citizens
of Israel who desire to operate a financial institution that provides insurance coverage may provide
such services. The Department for Resources and Utilities will provide more consumers
information regarding the regulations, expectations, qualifications, and exclusion of insurable
services for both private and public entities. The Administration of Insurable Resources monitors
and investigates insurance claims to ensure consumers are properly protected with the required
amount of insurance certifications.

CAUSES OF DEBT

Debt is defined as the obligation of owing something to another person or entity for goods,
service, or money. Most debts are paid immediately. For instance, a person employed to perform
outlined duties of service is expected to be compensated for their service. After the performance
of duties are completed their employer pays them their wages owed. The debt is satisfied. The
transaction is complete. A person who desires to purchase groceries is expected to pay the
merchant prior to claiming the merchandise for consumption. This process of debt assists in the
circulation of economical progression. However, other debts are more severe and result in the
borrowing of money called a loan or the reimbursement of insurance. The causes of debt vary
depending upon individual circumstances.

Outlined within the Laws of God are instructions to mediate personal injury claims or civil
pursuits. The Lord provides general guidelines for how a person could accidentally become in debt
to another person, entity, or the government. For instance, the Nation of Israel did not have
insurance for homes, property, or health insurance. If a person accidently harmed another person,
they were expected to compensate that person with financial restitution. A responsible reminder
for Israelites to be mindful of one another. Similarly, when a person is hurt on the job their job is
expected to pay workers compensation to the employee. These restitution fees are costly. A debt
that no one enjoys paying. If an employer has too many worker compensation claims they could
quickly lose their enterprise and other property. All of these instances, cause debt which enslaves
a person. Therefore, Israelites have to learn how to accumulate wealth over time and with proper
savings through their own dedicated hard work. Life provides many occasions for unexpected
debts outside of the normal cost of daily living
that require immediate attention to rectify the

Another occurrence of debt is the issuance of a

loan. Within the Nation of Israel loans are not
issued for longer than 7-years term. All loans
are expected to be paid in full satisfaction
within the seventh year. However, outstanding
balances that are not paid are deemed cleared.
Despite this, the debtor or person who owed a
debt to another person or entity is expected to
make regular payments to repay the loan. This
is in addition to their ability to pay for their
regular cost of living expenses. Loans are an
additional monthly cost that is added to the
regular budget of the debtor.

clear from payment upon the Sabbath Year and the Year of Jubilee. This law is in recognition of
the citizenship status of the Israelite people. All foreign immigrants who are noncitizen are
required to make full compensation of debts regardless of the Year of Release.

Credit is defined as an arrangement or commitment to defer payments for goods or property.

A person can acquire property or goods without immediate payment of obtained merchandise.
Credits do not require the securement of a deposit, down payment, or other means of security.
However, they are expected to make regular payments as agreed upon by creditor and with interest
in case they debtor defaults. This type of financial services puts the economy in jeopardy since a
debtor may obtain goods or property without payment or a definite source of income. Additionally,
a person can falsely obtain property without the intention or ability of completing the transaction.
A person who uses credit immediately owns an item regardless of their ability or intention to make
payments.

Within the Nation of Israel all loans are secured with the guarantee of security such as a
down payment or possession of property upon default of loan. A loan provides a source of financial
security through the possession of tangible resources called collateral. A loan is defined as
temporary provision of money or a permit to borrow an item for a specified amount of time with
the intent to return the borrowed item to owner. A person who acquires a loan is required to make
a down payment to demonstrate their seriousness of making regular payments and completing the

transaction through an agreed upon payment plan. For this reason, within the Nation of Israel
credits on items are prohibited through financial institutions. However, the assistance of loans
without interest are permitted to responsible citizens. Noncitizens can apply for a loan through
financial institutions; however, since there is a greater risk in lending resources to foreigners
Israelites citizens are permitted to charge interest. If a person damages or loses an item that was
borrowed they are expected to pay restitution in the amount of the borrowed property to the owner.

Page

19

Different laws are enacted in the financial relationship between Israelites and nonIsraelites. These guidelines are authorized by the Laws of God that govern the people of Israel
and the foreigners that live among us. Within the jurisdiction of the Nation of Israel, Israelite
citizens are prohibited from charging interest on borrowed loans or property. A security or down
payment may be required in case of default of loan or destruction of property. However, personal
gain of providing financial assistance is illegal. However, an Israelite is permitted of charging
interest on non-citizens or foreign immigrants. Loaning property or money to temporary residents
is a high risk in the guarantee of repayment. A non-citizen is permitted to leave the national
administrative territory at any time without payment of debt. To ensure that Israelites obtain a
significant amount of repayment of the loan they are permitted to charge interest and obtain a
security deposit of loans to temporary residents.

A person who is unable to pay their debt is expected to work for that person whom they owe
compensation too. Even before enslavement as becoming personal property of another person.

A citizen or non-citizen who has a reputation of none payment of loans can be denied the
ability to acquire loans and borrowed property. The purpose of slavery is to illustrate the severity
of debt to both the Israelite citizens and foreign immigrants. It is not the desire of the Nation of
Israel to enslave its citizens or temporary residents. Rather, the Nation of Israel desires to have a
working class government that continue the circulation of economic prosperity to all neighborhoods
and households of our national community. This is to protect the integrity of the working-class
members who regularly work and properly manage their expenses. It is a privilege of availability
to obtain financial support from fellow Israelites. All community members are encouraged to
obtain property and assets through the accumulation of regular work and savings of resources.
Both the borrower and the loaner inquire a risk of financial assets upon the request and
requirement of financial loans and the borrowing or renting of property. Renting of property is a
type of loan service since the owner is lending their financial security to a borrower or temporary
consumer. Proper financial management is the safest solution for economic stability of all socioeconomic classes.

RESULT OF EXCESSIVE DEBT

A common question among foreigners is regarding the tradition of slavery. The Holy Bible
makes many references to the consideration of slavery. In general terms, a slave is defined as a
person considered as property without the privileged of
most civil rights or personal enjoyments. Slavery is

money lender would. If you take your
neighbors cloak as a security for a loan,
you must return it before sunset. This coat
may be the only blanket your neighbor has.
How can a person sleep without it? If you
do not return it and your neighbor cries out
to me for help, then I will hear, for I am
merciful. Exodus 22:25-27

Many people are familiar with Joseph, the son of

Jacob, who was sold into slavery by his brothers. Joseph
was kidnapped and illegally sold into slavery because of
jealousy and contempt from his brothers. In addition,
the Lord Yahweh freed the Israelites from their slavery
from the Egyptians and the Egyptians government.
This is when the Lord instituted his government establishment with the Holy Covenant. The Lord
stated in the Holy Covenant, I am the Lord your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt,
the place of your slavery. You must have not have any other god but me. (Exodus 20:2-3) While
the Israelites lived under foreign government they were constantly oppressed and forced to work
long hours in a cruel environment. They were not fairly compensated for their labor and were not
free to choose their own profession. Their rights were taken from them because the Egyptians
were terrified by the Israelite population and sought to keep them under control through
aggressive oppression.

The Apostle Paul discussed imprisonment and slavery in the Book of Philemon. While in
prison for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ he met a Jewish man name Onesimus who had
been a slave to Philemon, another fellow Jew. It is not clear of the reason for Onesimus slavery
but Paul pleads with Philemon to free Onesimus with love for the debt owed to him. Paul asked
Onesimus to accept Philemon as a brother rather than a foreigner or slave. The Apostle Paul was
careful to ask Philemon to release Onesimus with genuine love because of Onesimus growth of
faith and acceptance of Jesus Christ. Paul did not want Philemon to feel enslaved to the pressures
of forgiving a debt because of his request.

A person can be enslaved by will or forced into slavery. The Laws of God strictly prohibits
the enslaving of a person without their own freewill which is also considered kidnapping. Unless
a person is being held in contempt of law and held in government custody as a prisoner. However,
in basic terminology of the definition of slavery with alignment of the Holy Bible. A person who is

in debt to another person is considered a slave of that person until their debt is paid in full or
cleared in a settlement. For this reason, the Israelites were taught to responsibly save their
resources and be generous to one another. The earlier generation of Israelites had known the
feeling of oppression. However, many generations would also become familiar with oppressive
slavery as the Israelites often rebelled against the commands of God for lack of understanding.
Even in todays world, many people are enslaved to debt and fear of their inability to pay those
debts which include losing their property and livelihood.

In the present time, when a person makes a major purchase for obtaining property such as
a house or car they go to the bank and are charged interest. The interest is the ability to obtain
person gain in the possibility of a debt not being paid. It is a risk to loan money or property to
another person especially a stranger. If the buyer has a 50-year loan for their house and after 20
years of purchasing their home they are unable to make regular payments, the bank has the right
to obtain their property for the defaulted loan. However, they have acquired 20 years of interest
which would probably equate to the 30-years of payments the buyer would have paid. Now the
person is homeless because they are unable to continue their house payments. The bank lost
nothing in the transaction because of the interest charged.

Page

22

Another example is a person who owns their home that is paid in full. They have the
property deed of their home and decide to put up their home as security for their child or friend or
even their self to obtain additional property. This is a serious gamble. There is no guarantee if
the person, whether family or friend, will pay their debt to the bank. Since it cost them no risk
they are less likely to ensure they do make regular payments. If the property is lost from a
defaulted loan, then both borrowers property and securers property is lost to the bank. The
problem is the borrower never owned their property to begin with but the person who put up
security as a down payment owned their property. This would leave them homeless. They would
lose their house, household possessions, and land for the security of a friends debt. The Book of
Proverbs states many times against obtaining loans or guaranteeing the security of friends, family,
foreigners, or strangers. Dont agree to guarantee another persons debt or put up security for
someone else. If you cant pay for it, even your bed will be snatched from under you. (Proverbs
22:26-27)

Within the Nation of Israel, the Israelites shared with one another but they were also
expected to work. Every community member of the Nation of Israel shared in the prosperity of the
national development with their talents and intellect. Most people today utilize the conveniences
of credit to accumulate wealth and property. These practices enslave people. However, within
foreign countries a person who acquires $2,500 of medical bills or other personal expenses on credit

could avoid making payments. They could also attempt to settle their debt for a lower arrangement
of payments. Within the Nation of Israel, a person would be expected to make payments until this
debt is cleared or until the Sabbath Year or the Year of Jubilee. A debt could be settled for a lower
charge but payments are expected as a demonstration of responsibility, honor, respect, and love.
A person within a foreign country can file for bankruptcy which would haunt them for the next
several years and they would have to rebuild their credit scoring. Within the Nation of Israel,
there is no filing of bankruptcy. A person would become the slave of that person until the debt is
paid or until the Year of Release. Debts are cleared every seven years. The Lord established this
law to remind Israelites to be content with what they have, to be generous, responsible with their
savings, and to not be greedy. This law is not instituted to enslave a large population of community
members but rather to encourage the exercise of wise investments and savings. Loans and credits
are systems of economical investments in an attempt to circulate resources and property. Debt is
something that many people will acquire within their life. Which is why the Israelites prized the
ability to pass along family inheritances of wealth and property to their children.

Page

23

It is not the desire of the Nation of Israel to enslave its patrons. It is, however, the desire
of our government leaders to teach community members how to invest their resources into their
future without the dependence of government supplement, credit cards, excessive loans, or mounds
of unreasonable debt. The financial security of the Nation of Israel is only secured through the
circulation of tangible resources such as funds, property, and merchandise. The debt of our
government or its patrons do not secure the future of our national heritage. Credit is not a tangible
resource since the transaction has not been completed. For this reason, the Nation of Israel
comprehends its responsibility to not become enslaved to its community members through
irresponsible spending and excessive government welfare programs. Within our community are
plenty of opportunities for community members to provide for their household and community
without financial dependence on loans, credits, or welfare.

The ability to accumulate wealth through regular hard work is a lost expectation within our
modern world. The contentment of properly managing tangible resources for daily living expenses
such as housing, food expenses, property management, utility and miscellaneous items is expected
of responsible citizenship. Tithes, taxes, and government fees are also expected of all citizens and
community members of our nation. This regular circulation and deposits of income, savings, and
expenses regulate the economic system. Credit is not a normal expectation of circulating any
economic system because you cannot payback what you do not own or have. Learning how to
appropriately accumulate wealth with the reasonable requirement of daily living is what makes
the Nation of Israel different from other foreign nations. Additionally, our community is built to
sufficiently function under responsible government leaders and responsible citizenship. These two
expectations are the general foundations that improve the quality of life for our community
members. There is pride in responsible achievements for the accumulation of wealth through hard

earned work within a fair economical system. There are few ways to acquire a large amount of
wealth without debt, scams, or credit. Within the Nation of Israel inherited wealth and hard
earned wealth are the two abilities for acquiring large quantities of wealth and property without
debt. However, these responsible methods only occurred through patience of time and devoted
hard work. Within the Nation of Israel hard work and dedication to the Lord are the attributes of
humility that are expected to prosper our economic stability.

THE LORDS PROVISION S OF GENEROSITY

In the Old Testament of the Holy Bible, a widow who had recently lost her husband was
distressed because of her inability to pay her and her deceased husbands debt. It is not certain
what the debt was for but her creditors were coming to take possession of her two sons. The two
sons would had been responsible for working for the creditor until the debt was cleared or until
the Sabbath Year when all debts are cleared and forgiven.

Since the womans husband had a good reputation within the Israelite community, the
prophet of God, Elisha, and her neighbors were willing to help her clear her burdens. The Lord
performed a miracle for the widow upon which she filled empty jars with olive oil from a tiny flask.
It is not certain how many jars were filled but she had enough to sell for profit. The woman paid
her debt to the creditor and had enough left over to place into her savings for later usage. The
Lord wants consumers to make responsible decisions regarding their financial obligations. Debt
is occurred through greedwanting more than we need, envywanting to feel accomplished
because of wealth, oppressioneconomic restrictions that result in poverty, and unexpected life
circumstances.

2 Kings 4: 1-7
One day the widow of a member of the group of prophets came to Elisha and cried out, My
husband who served you is dead, and you know how he feared the Lord. But now a creditor has
come, threatening to take my two sons as slaves.
What can I do to help you? Elisha asked. Tell me, what do you have in the house?
Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil, she replied.
And Elisha said, Borrow as many empty jars as you can from your friends and neighbors. Then
go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Pour olive oil from your flask into
the jars, setting each one aside when it is filled.
So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another.
Soon every container was full to the brim!
Bring me another jar, she told to one of her sons.

Page

25

There arent any more! he told her. And then the olive oil stopped flowing.
When she told the man of God what had happened, he said to her, Now sell the olive oil and pay
your debts, and you and your sons can live on what is left over.

THE LORDS PROMISE OF PEACE AND PROSPE RITY

Jeremiah 33
While Jeremiah was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, the Lord gave him this second
message: This is what the Lord saysthe Lord who made the earth, who formed and
established it, whose name is the Lord: Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not
know about things to come. For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: You have torn
down the houses of this city and even the kings palace to get materials to strengthen the walls
against the siege ramps and swords of the enemy. You expect to fight the Babylonians, but the
men of this city are already as good as dead, for I have determined to destroy them in my terrible
anger. I have abandoned them because of all their wickedness.

Nevertheless, the time will come when I will heal Jerusalems wounds and give it prosperity and
true peace. I will restore the fortunes of Judah and Israel and rebuild their towns. I will cleanse
them of their sins against me and forgive all their sins of rebellion. Then this city will bring me
joy, glory, and honor before all the nations of the earth! The people of the world will see all the
good I do for my people, and they will tremble with awe at the peace and prosperity I provide for
them.

This is what the Lord says: You have said, This is a desolate land where people and animals
have all disappeared. Yet in the empty streets of Jerusalem and Judahs other towns, there will
be heard once more 11 the sounds of joy and laughter. The joyful voices of bridegrooms and
brides will be heard again, along with the joyous songs of people bringing thanksgiving offerings
to the Lord. They will sing,

Give thanks to the Lord of Heavens Armies, for the Lord is good. His faithful love endures
forever!

Page

30

For I will restore the prosperity of this land to what it was in the past, says the Lord.

This is what the Lord of Heavens Armies says: This landthough it is now desolate and has no
people and animalswill once more have pastures where shepherds can lead their flocks. Once
again shepherds will count their flocks in the towns of the hill country, the foothills of Judah, the
Negev, the land of Benjamin, the vicinity of Jerusalem, and all the towns of Judah. I, the Lord,
have spoken!

ECONOMIC SCALE OF PRODUCTION

The day will come, says the Lord, when I will do for Israel and Judah all the good things I have
promised them.

In those days and at that time I will raise up a righteous descendant from King Davids line. He
will do what is just and right throughout the land. In that day Judah will be saved, and
Jerusalem will live in safety.
And this will be its name:
The Lord Is Our Righteousness (Yahweh Tsidqenu).

For this is what the Lord says: David will have a descendant sitting on the throne of Israel
forever. And there will always be Levitical priests to offer burnt offerings and grain offerings
and sacrifices to me.

Then this message came to Jeremiah from the Lord: This is what the Lord says: If you can
break my covenant with the day and the night so that one does not follow the other, only then
will my covenant with my servant David be broken. Only then will he no longer have a
descendant to reign on his throne. The same is true for my covenant with the Levitical priests
who minister before me. And as the stars of the sky cannot be counted and the sand on the
seashore cannot be measured, so I will multiply the descendants of my servant David and the
Levites who minister before me.

Page

31

The Lord gave another message to Jeremiah. He said, Have you noticed what people are saying?
The Lord chose Judah and Israel and then abandoned them! They are sneering and saying that
Israel is not worthy to be counted as a nation. But this is what the Lord says: I would no more
reject my people than I would change my laws that govern night and day, earth and sky. I will
never abandon the descendants of Jacob or David, my servant, or change the plan that Davids
descendants will rule the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Instead, I will restore them
to their land and have mercy on them.
