Objectives: By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
i) Spell and pronounce the new words (M)
ii) Talk about the stimulus (M/L)
iii) List down at least two good deeds on worksheet (M/L)
Activities: 1.Teacher plays an audio of people asking for help. Teacher asks questions based on the audio. (induction)
2. Teacher pastes some word cards on the board (victim, help, donate, give, share)
3. Pupils will pronounce those words after the teacher.
4. Teacher explains all those words to pupils with the aid of pictures and actions.
5. Pupils are divided into group of 5. Pupils will be given pictures of people in need (victim of flood, fire, natural
disaster)
6. Pupils are encouraged to use the verbs taught earlier.
7. Pupils are guided by the teacher during the discussion and presentation. Pupils encourage other friends by
clapping their hands.
8. Pupils list down all the good deeds in the pictures.
9. Pupils summarize todays lesson to help those in need (closure)

b) simple directions to places in the school
Objectives: By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
i) listen and follow the simple directions in the school (M/L)
ii) listen and draw lines of directions (M/L)
Activities: 1. Pupils sing the song Shake It All About. (induction)
2. Pupils will be brought out to the class. Teacher refreshes the left and right directions.
3. Teacher labels the places as school hall, canteen, office, toilet, and library.
4. Pupils will be divided into group of 4. Teacher gives instruction simple directions.
5. Each group will listen to the teacher and follow the instructions. They need to name the places where do
they stopped.
6. Teacher repeats step 5 till all of them done.
7. Pupils will listen to the teacher and draw lines of directions on the AB page 83 and write the names.
8. Pupils conclude the lesson the importance of knowing the directions in our daily life.
