JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE MANAGEMENT:
Daily Attendance and Leaves maintenance with updation of Employees Swipe report,
Leave records and Attendance intranet (ONE STOP)
Daily Circulating department wise attendance percentages to Head of the departments.
Preparation of Monthly attendance MIS.

Providing Leaves Without Pay and Arears list to Payroll department.


HR MIS PREPARATION & MAINTANANCE:
Updating and Maintaining HR Department database consist of new Joinee, relieved and
Department wise manpower count.
Preparation of designation , department ,Gender wise manpower strength.
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly attendance, training and attrition summary preparation and
providing this information to other departments on their request.
CORPORATE MEDICLAIM PROCESS:
Handling employee issues in their corporate mediclaim process which is consisting of both
Network hospital Treatment and Reimbursment.
Processing employee medical bills for reimbursement with coordination of medical brokers.
Providing Information related to Additions and deletions in Mediclaim list on monthly basis
Ensuring all kinds of mediclaim claim issues like under process and Query pending issues to
be resolve.
EMPLOYEE ON BOARDING & RELIEVING FORMALITIES:
Ensuring an employee to get company IT & Admin asserts.
Introducing new employee to concern departments with explaining company basic Dos and
Donts.
Maintaining database of resigned employees and obtaining final relieving dates with proper
Approvals.
Completion of relieving formalities of an employee by providing service and relieving letters
along with updating in database.
Ensuring of an employee to get his Full & Final settlement with coordination of concern
departments.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Collecting Training Need Identifications from departments and ensuring training team has to
prepare monthly training calendar accordingly .
Requesting department Supervisors to nominate their employees for trainings and make all of
them to be available on time in training by providing proper training details.

Maintaning training wise nominations and attendees list along with calculating every training
Man hours in both Department wise and training wise.
EMPLOYEE CONFIRMATION PROCESS:
Providing employee confirmation letter once the expiry of an employee probation period based
on proper probation evaluation done by his concern supervisor.
This is based on rating method.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Coordinating regular events happened in organization like birthday celebrations, festival
Celebrations and games.
Processing employee applications of different policies like salary advance, Laadli and Aspire.
Preparation of monthly review presentations and processing PF documents of relieved
employees with cross checking.
