Service Feeding to (LCP) Lighting Control Panel as per
LV Distribution SLD & also provide Load schedules of
LCP for all the Apartment Buildings as per Newly
Added item In Addendum-01 Drawings.

BP-04&06 Apartment Buildings

The concrete capping/copping size is

30cm wide and 20cm thick. Please refer
to the drawings AR-D-1110 to 1240

LED type lighting fixtures

The electricity metering will be on the
name of RIC and the fee will be paid by
RIC. Contractor shall be responsible for
all the coordination with the local
authority and installation of electricity
metering including final connection all in
accordance with the drawings and
specification.
It is normal telephone system.
Please refer to the revised BOQs.
The quantities set out in the Bills of
Quantities are deemed to be verified by
the Contractor as being quantities of the
whole work to be required to be
executed in accordance with the
Contract Drawings and Contract
Documents.
The Tender Sum shall be based on
Contractors own measurements of
quantities.
