WE, Spouses PATRICK HENRY A. CARLOS and CATHERINE ROSE C. CARLOS, all
of legal age, Filipino citizens, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
name, constitute and appoint MS. AMIE GRACE CADILIG and MS. MARILOU VERGULA,
to be our true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, for us and in our names, places and stead, to do the
following responsibilities, to wit:
To request and receive in our behalf copies of the CERTIFICATES OF
REGISTRATION of our Laguna Bel Air Property covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title (TCT) No. 676441 and our Avida Settings property covered by TCT No.
785534 duly registered in our names, with the concerned Registry of Deeds.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorneys-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes as WE might or could have lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorneys or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
