VBS Reminders
Our VBS is coming up rapidly. It is going to be
a wonderful week! On June 13, we will begin
our series “A Royal VBS,” and we hope to be
reminded of some of the things that made
David such a great king.
There are some things you
can do to help in these final
weeks:
1. Invite, invite, invite! We
have placed postcards on
the tables that you may
use to help you, or you
can make your own invitation. Whatever
you do, invite many folks. They won’t
come without an invitation.
2. Bring refreshments. We will have snacks
on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night of
VBS, and we will have homemade ice
cream on Wednesday night. If you have an
ice cream freezer, get it out and clean it up.

3. Young people, make sure you make a poster!
We are going to hang those posters around our
building, and we will also have judging for
awards. Get your “guidelines” sheet from the
table upstairs or downstairs, and get
your posters back in no later than
June 6. If you turn them in early,
we’ll go ahead and hang them up!
4. Join our Facebook event page. If
you are on Facebook, just look up
“A Royal VBS” under events, and let
us know if you are coming or not.
5. Pray. Pray for our teachers and
speakers. Pray for those who have any part in
helping to make this a great week. Pray for our
students, both young and old, that they may
learn more of God’s Word and be motivated
to better service for His cause.
